چکیده مقاله :
هدف :هدف این پژوهش شناسایی شاخص‌های سامانه اطلاع‌رسانی در جذب گردشگران سلامت در کشور به روش متن‌پژوهی است.
روش پژوهش : نوع مطالعه این پژوهش، به روش متن‌پژوهی انجام شد. جامعه آماری چکیده و نتایج مقالات است و پژوهش حاضر که جست‌وجو مقالات در پایگاه‌های گوگل اسکولار ، پابمد، ساینس دایرکت، برای شناسایی شاخص‌های به اثبات رسیده مقالات با کلیدواژه‌های مانند( گردشگران سلامت + ایران ، تیم درمان + گردشگران سلامت ، مراکز درمانی هوشمند+ معماری ، Health Tourism + Iran ، Treatment team + health tourists ، Smart medical centers + architecture و غیرو ....) است که ابزار اندازه‌گیری در این پژوهش از تجزیه و تجلیل چکیده، یافته‌های متن و نتایج مقالات مروری و پژوهشی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: شناسایی شاخص‌های کیفیت خدمات درمان، (هزینه‌های سفر، کاهش متوسط هزینه‌های درمان، راهبردهای اقتصادی، کاهش تعرفه گمرکی تجهیزات پزشکی مراکز و بیمارستان‌های فعال، گردشگری هوشمند تبلیغات و ارتقای خدمات داخلی وغیرو.. ) بوده است. اثرگذار برای جذب گردشگران سلامت در ایران است.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر حاکی از اثرگذاربودن شاخص‌های شناسایی شده بر کیفیت خدمات درمان بوده است. بنابرین شاخص‌های شناسایی شده می‌تواند در تصمیم مدیران ارشد مراکز درمانی کشور کمک کننده بوده و باعث توسعه گردشگری سلامت در ایران باشد.
Objective: The aim of this research is to identify the indicators of the information system in attracting health tourists in the country through a qualitative. Content analysis method.
Methodology: This study was conducted using a qualitative content analysis approach. The present research involved searching for articles in databases such as Google scholar, PubMed and Science Direct to identify the relevant indicators in articles using keywords such as (health tourists, smart medical centers + architecture. Health Tourism+ Iran, Treatment team +health tourists, Smart medical centers + architecture, etc. The measurement tool in this research utilized the analysis of abstracts, findings, and results of review and research articles.
Results: The research of the, present research indicate the significant impact of the identified indicators on the quality of treatment services
Conclusion: Therefore, the identified indicators can assist senior managers of medical centers in the country and contribute to the development of health tourism in Iran.
