چکیده مقاله :
هدف از انجام این تحقیق، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی جرایم اجتماعی رایج در فضاها و اماکن ورزشی کشور است. این تحقیق از نوع کاربردی است که به شیوه پیمایشی و با استفاده از پنل خبرگان (45 نفر) انجام شده است. از دو روش سلسله مراتبی (AHP) و TOPSIS برای اولویت‌بندی بهره گرفته شد. همچنین آزمون رتبه‌ای اسپیرمن نیز استفاده شد. نتایج بیانگر آن است است که دوازده جرم اجتماعی در محیط‌های ورزشی رایج است که در دو دسته سبک و سنگین طبقه‌بندی می‌شوند. وزن جرایم سبک نسبت به جرایم سنگین، بالاتر برآورد گردیده است که این امر نشان‌دهنده احتمال وقوع بیشتر این نوع از جرایم می‌باشد (456/0 در مقابل 388/0). 3 مورد نیز در هر دو روش AHP و TOPSIS یکسان می‌باشد. به این ترتیب که جرم عدم توجه به مقررات وضع‌شده در محیط ورزش، بیشترین میزان را در فضاها و اماکن ورزشی به خود اختصاص داده است و جرم درگیری منجر به قتل در محیط ورزش کمترین میزان وقوع را در محیط‌های ورزشی دارا بوده است. با توجه به ضریب همبستگی رتبه‌ای اسپیرمن به دست آمده برای جرایم سبک و سنگین (به ترتیب 3/95٪ و 2/88٪) معلوم می‌شود که بین دو روش مورد استفاده چه در حالت کلی و چه در حالت جزیی همبستگی بالایی وجود دارد. که این خود نشان دهنده میزان بالای هماهنگی بین نتایج حاصل شده از دو روش مورد استفاده برای اولویت‌بندی در این تحقیق است. با اختصاص بودجه کافی برای برنامه‌های آموزشی، ترویجی و تبلیغی می‌توان در راستای استفاده مطلوب از اماکن ورزشی گام برداشت.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The purpose of this research is to identify and prioritize common social crimes in sports spaces and places in the country. This research is of an applied type, which was conducted by a survey method and using a panel of experts (45 people). Two hierarchical methods (AHP) and TOPSIS were used for prioritization. Spearman's rank test was also used. The results show that twelve social crimes are common in sports environments, which are classified into two light and heavy categories. The weight of light crimes has been estimated higher than serious crimes, which indicates the possibility of more occurrence of this type of crimes (0.456 vs. 0.388). 3 items are the same in both AHP and TOPSIS methods. In this way, the crime of "not paying attention to the regulations established in the sports environment" has the highest rate in sports spaces and places, and the crime of "conflict leading to murder in the sports environment" has the lowest rate of occurrence in sports environments. . According to the Spearman's rank correlation coefficient obtained for light and heavy crimes (95.3% and 88.2%, respectively), it is clear that there is a high correlation between the two methods used both in general and in detail. This shows the high degree of coordination between the results obtained from the two methods used for prioritization in this research. In general,
