چکیده مقاله :
سواد داده ای و دانش کافی در راه درست جستجوی دادهها، بازیابی و انتخاب مدارک مناسب از اهمیت شایانی برخوردار است. این امر در پرستاران که در همهی ابعاد علمی و تخصصی رشتهی خود، همراه پزشکان فعالیت میکنند، بیشتر نمود پیدا میکند. شناخت ابزارهای جستجو و باز یابی دادهها منجر به تکامل روشهای تشخیص و درمانی شده و حتی آموزشهای جدید را میطلبد. این پژوهش به روش مطالعهی پیمایشی توصیفی از راه پرسشنامه بین سرپرستاران بیمارستانهای خصوصی شهر تهران با هدف بررسی شیوههای کسب داده های سرپرستاران گردآوری شده تا با شناخت نقاط قوت و ضعف این مسئله برای توسعهی برنامههای آموزشی پرستاران بکار رود. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روشهای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تواما استفاده شد. نتایج بررسیها نشان داد که نداشتن مهارتهای استفاده از رایانه و نرم افزارها، عدم تسلط کافی به متون انگلیسی و عدم آشنایی با ابزارهای جستجو از مهمترین موانع مؤثر در دستیابی پرستاران زن به منابع داده ای هستند. با توجه به اینکه اصلیترین منابع مورد نیاز پرستاران زن به زبان انگلیسی میباشد، لذا، عدم تسلط به متون انگلیسی مانعی مهم و تأثیر گذار بر دستیابی سرپرستاران به دادهها شناخته شد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Information literacy and the knowledge of how to correctly search information, retrieve and select proper documents is of significance particularly when it comes to nurses who work parallel and in line with physicians in all aspects of their major. An awareness of information searching and retrieving tools will lead to the improvement of the diagnosis and treatment entailing new training. This descriptive survey study used a questionnaire administered to supervisors in Tehran private hospitals in an attempt to identify their weaknesses and strengths in information acquisition in order to expand training programs for nurses. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were utilized to analyzed data. The results indicated that lack of skills to use computers and software, a poor command of English, and lack of knowledge of search tools were among the main obstacles to access information resources. As most important information sources to women nurses are in English, a poor command of it was identified as an important and effective hurdle in information acquisition of supervisors.
