بررسی رابطه رضایت از زندگی و فرسودگی شغلی با توجه به نقش تعدیلگر رهبری تحولآفرین و اعتیاد به کار ( مورد مطالعه: زنان فرهنگی شاغل در آموزش و پرورش منطقه 3 شهر شیراز)

چکیده مقاله :
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر رضایت از زندگی بر بروز فرسودگی شغلی صورت گرفت. همچنین، نقش رهبری تحولآفرین و اعتیاد به کار به عنوان متغیرهای تعدیلگر بر رابطه بین رضایت از زندگی و فرسودگی شغلی نیز بررسی شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل زنان شاغل فرهنگی در آموزش و پرورش منطقه 3 شهر شیراز و روش نمونهگیری در این پژوهش، نمونهگیری در دسترس و تعداد اعضای نمونه آماری 122 نفر هست. بمنظور گردآوری دادهها، از ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد که شامل چهار پرسش نامه رضایت از زندگی، فرسودگی شغلی، رهبری تحولآفرین و اعتیاد به کار بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، از روشهای تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و مدلسازی معادله های ساختاری استفاده شد که تجزیه و تحلیلها به وسیله نرمافزار SMARTPLS انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که رضایت از زندگی بر فرسودگی شغلی دارای تأثیر منفی است. هم چنین، مشخص شد که متغیر رهبری تحولآفرین بر رابطه رضایت از زندگی و فرسودگی شغلی تأثیر منفی و معنادار دارد و متغیر اعتیاد به کار بر رابطه رضایت از زندگی و فرسودگی شغلی دارای تأثیر مثبت و معنادار است.
The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of life satisfaction on job burnouts. More over the role of the transformational leadership and work holism served as moderator variable on the relation between life satisfaction and job burnouts. Statistical society of this research consists of women who work in Education of Shiraz in region 3 from whom 122 subjects were selected by available sampling method. The data was collected by a questionnaire consisting of four parts: life satisfaction, job burnouts, Transformational leadership and work holism. The confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling was used to analyses data. The analysis was calculated by SMARTPLS software. The result of the research indicates that life satisfaction has negative effect on job burnouts. In addition, the negative effect of the transformational leadership on life satisfaction appeared. The work holism has a positive and meaningful relation to life satisfaction and job.
