پیش بینی عملکرد خانواده بر اساس شفقت به خود و سرمایه روانشناختی در زنان متاهل شیراز

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی عملکرد خانواده بر اساس شفقت به خود و سرمایه روانشناختی بر روی زنان متاهل در ادارات دولتی شهر شیراز به مرحله اجرا درآمد.
مواد و روش ها: به منظور بررسی هدف پژوهش، روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی انتخاب شد. 120 نفر از زنان متاهل شاغل در ادارات دولتی شهر شیراز به شیوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای تک مرحله ای انتخاب و پرسشنامه عملکرد خانواده اپشتاین، پرسشنامه شفقت به خود نف و سرمایه روانشناختی لوتانز را تکمیل نمودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و روش آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل واریانس صورت گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که شفقت به خود در پیش بینی عملکرد خانواده نقش مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین سرمایه روانشناختی نیز در پیش بینی عملکرد خانواده نقش مثبت و معناداری دارد. شفقت به خود ، قادر به پیش بینی سه خرده مقیاس عملکرد خانواده شامل حل مشکل،نقش ها و کنترل رفتار نبود اما خرده مقیاس های: ارتباط ،همراهی عاطفی ،آمیزش عاطفی،عملکرد کلی بطور معنادار پیش بینی کرد.
بحث و نتیجه گیری:بر اساس نتایج این پزوهش می توان گفت کبفیت مطلوب عملکرد خانواده تحت تاثیر عوامل گوناگونی است در این رابطه .بهزیستی روانشناختی و شفقت به خود به عنوان خصیصه های مثبت و موثر عمل می کنند
Introduction: The aim of this study was to predict family function based on self-compassion and psychological capital on married women in government agencies in Shiraz.
Materials and Methods: In order to investigate the objectives of the study, a descriptive correlational method was selected. 120 married women working in government agencies in Shiraz were selected using single-stage cluster sampling method and were asked to complete the Epstein Family Function Questionnaire, Neff Self-Compassion Questionnaire and Luthans Psychological Capital Questionnaire
Findings: The results of data analysis showed that self-compassion has a positive and significant role in predicting family function. Also, psychological capital has a positive and significant role in predicting family function. Self-compassion also significantly predicts the subscales of communication, emotional companionship, emotional attachment, and overall performance of the Family Functioning Questionnaire, but it weren't able to predict three othere subscales,including: roles and behavior control and problem –solving
Conclusion: The results of this study can be used for couples with marital conflicts.
