تبیین رابطه امنیت شغلی و مزیتهای رقابتی با بهرهوری کارکنان زن شاغل در شرکت هواپیمایی آسمان

چکیده مقاله :
ﻫﺪف این پژوهش، تبیین رابطهی امنیت شغلی و مزیتهای رقابتی با بهرهوری کارکنان زن شاغل در شرکت هواپیمایی آسمان بوده اﺳﺖ. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان زن شرکت هواپیمایی آسمان در پایگاه شیراز که تعداد آنها 140نفر بوده، میباشد. بر اساس جدول مورگان، ﺣﺠﻢ نمونه برابر 103 نفر تعیین و ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ به روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮی تصادفی ساده، ﺑﯿﻦ اﻓﺮاد ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺷﺪه است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها سه ﭘﺮﺳشنامهی اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد بهرهوری هرسی و گلداسمیت، امنیت شغلی نیسی و همکاران و مزیت رقابتی حاجیزاده مبارکی بوده اﺳﺖ که رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن مورد ﺗأیید قرار گرفته اﺳﺖ. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS استفاده شد و از آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف به منظور نرمالسازی دادهها، و برای آمار استنباطی از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین مزیتهای رقابتی و امنیت شغلی با بهرهوری کارکنان، رابطهای معنادار وجود دارد و متغیرهای امنیت شغلی و مزیت رقابتی حدود 8/6درصد از کل تغییرات بهره وری کارکنان را توجیه میکنند
The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between job security and competitive advantage with the productivity of female employees employed in the airline company Aseman. This research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive method of correlation type. The statistical population of this research includes all female employees of Aseman Air Company in Shiraz base, which number is 140 people. According to Morgan's table, the sample size is 103, and the questionnaires are distributed randomly among the people of the community. The data gathering tool was Hirsi and Goldsmith's standard productivity questionnaires, Nissi and colleagues' job security, and Hadjizadeh Mobaraki's competitive advantage. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to normalize the data, and for inferential statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression were used. The results of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and job security and occupational safety and competitive advantage of about 6.8 percent of total employee productivity changes.
