پیشبینی کیفیت روابط زناشویی بر اساس باورهای ارتباطی، ذهنآگاهی و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش پیش بینی کیفیت روابط زناشویی بر اساس باورهای ارتباطی، ذهن آگاهی و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی است. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانشجویان متاهل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد شیراز در سال 95-94 میباشد که با استفاده از تعداد مولفه (متغیرهای) پژوهش حجم نمونه مورد نیاز 260 نفر برآورد و به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها چهار پرسش نامه استاندارد سازگاری زناشویی باسبی و همکاران (1995)، باورهای ارتباطی آیدلسون و اپشتاین (1982)، پرسشنامه پنج وجهی ذهن آگاهی بائر و همکاران (2006) و پرسشنامه عمل و پذیرش بوند و همکاران (2007) بود که برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادههای بدست آمده از آنها از همبستگی و رگرسیون استفاده شد. نتایج بدست آمده از این پژوهش نشان دادند که بین باورهای ارتباطی، ذهن آگاهی، انعطافپذیری روانشناختی و کیفیت روابط زناشویی رابطه معنیدار وجود دارد. به گونهای که نتایج رگرسیون چندگانه به شیوه همزمان نشان داد که تاثیر باورهای ارتباطی، ذهن آگاهی و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی در پیش بینی کیفیت روابط زناشویی معنیدار است و به ترتیب باورهای ارتباطی، ذهن آگاهی و انعطافپذیری روانشناختی کمترین تا بیشترین تاثیر را در پیش بینی کیفیت روابط زناشویی داشتند.
The aim of this study is to predict the quality of the marital relationship based on relationship beliefs, mindfulness and psychological flexibility.The research method is descriptive and correlational. The study statistical society included married students of Islamic Azad University of Shiraz in 2015-2016. The sample size included 260 respondents selected by targeted sampling method. The four questionnaires of marital standards (Busby et al., 1995),Eidelson and Epstein’s relationship beliefs (1982), five-sided mindfulness questionnaire of Baer et al. (2006), and Practice and Compliance questionnaire of Bond et al. (2007) were used for the data collection.Correlation and regression helped to analyze the data. The results of this study showed that the relationship beliefs, mindfulness, psychological flexibility, and quality of the marital relationship have a significant relevance. Thesimultaneous multiple regression analysis showed that the impact of relationship beliefs, mindfulness and psychological flexibility is significant in predicting marital quality.Relationship beliefs, mindfulnessand psychological flexibility respectively have the least to the greatest impact on the prediction of the quality of the marital relationship
