چکیده مقاله :
با توجه به نقش بانوان در رهبری امور گوناگون و توانایی آنان در کارآفرینی و راهاندازی کسب و کارهای نوین، در این پژوهش تلاش شده عواملی که بر قصد و نیت رهبری و کارآفرینی بانوان مؤثر است مورد بررسی قرار گیرد. پس از طراحی مدل مفهومی پژوهش، پرسشنامه پژوهش به وسیله پژوهشگران طراحی شد. پایایی پرسشنامه به وسیله ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و روایی آن به وسیله نظر خبرگان و تحلیل عاملی مورد تایید قرار گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانشجویان دختر رشته مدیریت دانشگاههای شهر تهران میباشند. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، حجم نمونه به مقدار 315 نفر برآورد شد. دادهها به وسیله نرمافزار ایموس مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند و نتایج پژوهش نشان دادند انگیزه رهبری و کارآمدی رهبری بر قصد و نیت رهبری تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد؛ شبکههای اجتماعی و کارآمدی کارآفرینی بر قصد و نیت کارآفرینی تأثیر مثبت و معنادار دارد؛ افزون بر اینها، مشخص شد که کارآمدی رهبری و انگیزه رهبری و کارآمدی رهبری و کارآمدی کارآفرینی دارای تأثیر مثبت و معنادار بر یکدیگرند. افزون بر این نتایج، مشخص شد که حمایتهای مالی و انگیزه کارآفرینی بر قصد و نیت کارآفرینی تأثیر معناداری ندارد؛ همچنین، شبکههای اجتماعی بر قصد و نیت رهبری تأثیری معنادار ندارد.
According to the role of women in leadership at various states and their ability to entrepreneurship and starting up new businesses, this study attempts to identify effective factors on leadership and entrepreneurship intent of women. After designingthe conceptual model, the questionnaire of study was designed by researchers. The Cronbach'salpha and expertsand Factor analysis confirmed reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The population of this study includedfemale management students of public universitiesin Tehran city. The Cochran formula estimated the sample size as 315 subjects. Data were analyzedby using AMOS software. Results showed that leadership motivation and leadership efficacy have positive and significant impact on leadership intent. Social networks and entrepreneurship efficacy have positive and significant impact on entrepreneurship intent. Additionally, it was found that leadership efficacy and leadership motivation, leadership efficacy and entrepreneurship efficacy have positive and significant impact on each other. In addition to these results, it was found that financial incentives and entrepreneurship motivation do not have significant impact on entrepreneurshipintent;alsosocial networks do not have significant impact on leadership intent.
