چکیده مقاله :
امروزه در اکثر کشورها توجه خاصی به کارآفرینی و کارآفرینان میشود و تقویت کارآفرینی و ایجاد بستر مناسب برای توسعه آن از ابزارهای پیشرفت اقتصادی کشورها و به ویژه جوامعِ در حال توسعه به شمار میآید. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه کارآفرینی در بخش تعاون در پهنهی جغرافیایی استان فارس میباشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 48 نفر از کارآفرینان برتر استان فارس طی سالهای 92-1388 بود که اطلاعات مورد نیاز با استفاده از پرسشنامه از جامعه آماری جمعآوری گردید. روایی ابزار اندازهگیری از طریق مصاحبه صاحبنظران موضوعی و پایایی آن نیز از طریق یک آزمون مقدماتی با تکمیل 30 پرسشنامه و ارزیابی مقدار آلفای کرونباخ سؤالات پرسشنامه مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. اطلاعات جمعآوری شده به کمک روشهای آماری مختلف نظیر ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و با استفاده از نرمافزار spss18 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافتههای تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی نشان داد که متغیرهای مورد بررسی پس از چرخش در 7 عامل تلخیص شدند. به بیانی دیگر تعداد عاملهایی که از لحاظ آماری معنی دار بود و مقدار ویژه آنها بیشتر از 1 بود 7 عامل بودند که این عاملها در مجموع 743/88 درصد واریانس مشترک بین متغیرها و عاملهای مورد نظر را تبیین کردند. همچنین نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که «عامل قانونگذاری» تأثیرگذارترین عامل در توسعه کارآفرینی بوده و این عامل به تنهایی بیش از 16 درصد از واریانس کل را تبیین مینماید. در مقابل «عامل فرهنگی» با تبیین 822/8 درصد از واریانس کل، کم اهمیتترین عامل بود.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Nowadays, special attention to enterprenuers in most countries.Foster entrepreneurship and create a favorable environment are particularly considered necessary tools to develop economic progress in developing countries.The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting the development of enteprenurship in the cooperative sector in the geographic area of the Fars province.The study sample is consisted of 48 top enterprenures from Fars province during the years 1388-92 that the required information was collected by using questionnaire. Its validity is confirmed by experts and its reliability is approved through Cronbach's alpha after evaluating the completed questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by different statistical methods such as Spearman correlation coefficient and exploratory factor analysis and the software spss 18. The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that the variables were summarized after 7 operating rotation. In other words, there are 7 factors that were statistically significant with special value more than 1 by indicating 743/88 percent of the total variance between variables and factors. Factor analysis results showed that the "general legislation" was the most influential factor for the development of entrepreneurship by indicating more than 16% of the total variance. But, "cultural factors" is the least factor by indicating 822/8 percent of the total variance
