چکیده مقاله :
رسانههای ارتباط جمعی و مطبوعات در نواحی روستایی کشورهای کمتر توسعه یافته در صورتیکه هدفدار و متناسب با شرایط بومی و سنتی جوامع، مورد توجه و استفاده قرار گیرند، نقش مثبت و تعیین کنندهای در فرآیند توسعه روستایی ایفا خواهند کرد. نواحی روستایی به دلیل پراکندگی جغرافیایی، دسترسی دشوار و تفاوتهای فردی و گروهی که باید در آن بر برخی از مشکلات مانند فاصله، ارتباطات متقابل و انتقال سریع دانش و اطلاعات فائق آمد، یکی از بهترین عرصهها برای استفاده مؤثر از فنآوریهای ارتباطی هستند. از اینرو پژوهش حاضر مبتنی بر نگرش روستاییان، نقش رسانههای ارتباط جمعی و مطبوعات را در ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی روستاهای دهستان زرآباد غربیِ شهرستان کنارک بررسی نموده است. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- تحلیلی است. دادهها از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته گردآوری شد و به کمک روشهای آماری تحت نرم افزار SPSS پردازش و تحلیل گردید. نتایج نشان میدهد که میزان دسترسی به رسانهها بسیار ضعیف، میزان استفاده نسبتاً مطلوب، میزان نقش آفرینی آنها در ارتقای آگاهی عمومی نسبتاً مطلوب و به طور کلی نقش آفرینی رسانهها در مسیر توسعه نواحی روستایی بسیار ضعیف است. در این راستا تلویزیون بیشترین و رسانههای کوچک، کمترین نقش را به خود اختصاص دادهاند. وضعیت شاخصهای مختلف از لحاظ میزان تأثیرپذیری به استثنای شاخص ارتقای آگاهی عمومی، در حد نامطلوبی است. تفاوت معنیداری بین شاخصها از لحاظ میزان تأثیرپذیری از طرف رسانهها مشاهده میگردد. شاخص ارتقای آگاهی عمومی بیشترین و شاخص مشارکت در طرحهای توسعه روستایی کمترین تأثیرپذیری از رسانهها را نشان میدهند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
If the mass media and press are used in a targeted way in terms of native and traditional conditions of communities, particularly in marginalized areas, they can have a positive and deterministic role in the process of rural development. In this regrad, the researchers of present study have evaluated the role of the press and mass media in development of West Zarabad Sub-District, Konarak County located in the southern region of Sistan and Baluchestan Province. The methodology is descriptive-analytic based on completing questionnaires. Data analysis is conducted through the SPSS Software on the basis of descriptive and inferential statistics. Obtained results show very limited access to the media, relatively good public use of the media, and relatively favorable role of media in raising public awareness. However, the role played by the media in the development of rural areas is weak and almost imperceptive. In this regard, the television had the most and local media had the least effect. In terms of effectiveness, the various indices (except the raising awareness index) were ranked as poor in affecting development process. There was a significant difference among these indices in regard to the degree of media influence. The raising awareness index was the most and the index of participation in rural development projects, the least affected by media.
