چکیده مقاله :
ضرورت توجه به محرومیت مشهود برخی سکونتگاههای روستایی و خلاء یک بررسی جامع در زمینه توسعه روستایی در شهرستان بروجرد، موجب گردید تا پژوهش حاضر ضمن تبیین دقیق وضعیت توزیع خدمات و امکانات روستایی در شهرستان، میزان توسعهیافتگی مناطق مستقر در قلمرو پژوهش را بصورت دقیق به تصویر بکشد. در همین راستا هدف کلی این پژوهش تحلیل فضایی توسعه روستایی در دهستانهای شهرستان بروجرد و ارائه راهکارهایی جهت برقراری توسعه متوازن بین نواحی مورد مطالعه بوده است. این مطالعه به لحاظ ماهیت یک پژوهش کاربردی و از منظر روششناسی در زمره تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی قرار میگیرد. شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع کتابخانهای و ابزار جمعآوری مبتنی بر ابزارهای استانداردشده در قالب فرمها و جداول رسمی آمارنامه سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن (بویژه سالنامه آماری سال1390 استان لرستان) بوده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش نیز کل روستاهای قابل سکونت واقع در شهرستانهای شهرستان بروجرد، برابر با 192 روستا بوده است. در ادامه 47 مولفه از شاخصهای توسعه از آمارنامه رسمی استخراج و پس از وزندهی با روشهای آنتروپیشانون و تحلیل مولفههای اصلی، با بهرهگیری از تکنیکهای ویکور فازی، تاپسیس فازی، تحلیل سلسلهمراتبی خوشهایی و ضریب پراکندگی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تحلیل کلی شاخصهای توسعه نشان داد، طبق محاسبات تکنیک ویکور فازی دهستان گودرزی با ضریب 07/0 توسعهیافتهترین و دهستان و همتآباد با ضریب 86/0 محرومترین منطقه شهرستان به لحاظ توسعه روستایی بودهاند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از محاسبات تکنیک تاپسیس فازی نیز نشان داد: بیشترین ضریب توسعه با 48/0 مربوط به دهستان گودرزی و کمترین ضریب توسعه مربوط به دهستان درهصیدی 28/0 بوده است. نتایج حاصل از رتبهبندی دهستانهای مورد مطالعه به لحاظ توسعه روستایی نیز نشان داد دهستانهای گودرزی، شیروان، بردهسر، والانجرد، اشترینان، همتآباد و درهصیدی به ترتیب در رتبههای اول تا هفتم قرار گرفتند.

Evaluate and explain the situation of rural development in different regions, Could be an important step in authorities’ awareness and pay much attention to disadvantaged areas. Accordingly, the necessity of deprivation activities in some rural settlements and lack of a comprehensive survey about rural development in the city of Boroujerd, Lead to current study. By examining available information and systematic and effective key indicators in the state of rural development and development of new methods and integrated Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making, this study represent detailed explanation about distribution of rural services and facilities in the studied city. The development areas located in the territory of research seems to portray accurately. The purpose of this study is spatial analysis of rural development in the villages of the city of Boroujerd, which provides guidelines to establish a balanced development between studied regions. The study is an applied research and in terms of methodology. It is categorized as descriptive. It should be mentioned that the total study population was habitat villages located in the city of Borujerd, is equal to 192 villages. Their level of development evaluated by standardized tools in the form of official statistics forms and tables Lorestan province. So, 47 factors of development indicators derived from official statistics and weighted by using the Shannon entropy. Principal components analysis were examined by using Vikor Fuzzy techniques, Topsis Fuzzy, hierarchical clustering analysis and dispersion coefficient. General analysis of development indicators showed that, according to calculations VIKOR fuzzy techniques, Goudarzi Rural village with a factor of 0.07 is the most developed model and Hematabad village with 0.86 is the most deprived city areas in terms of rural development. The results of calculations showed that the fuzzy TOPSIS technique`s most coefficient expansion of 0.48 belongs to the Goudarzi village, and the lowest coefficient expansion of 0.28 belongs to the Darehseydi village. The results also showed that the ranking of rural areas studied, in terms of rural development, were Goudarzi, Shirvan, Bardehsar, Valanjerd, Oshtorinan, Hemmat Abad Darehseydi at first to seventh rank, respectively.
