چکیده مقاله :
اختلالات افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس از شایع ترین اختلالات روانپزشکی می باشند که به گونه ای بحرانی در میان زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان افزایش یافتند. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثر بخشی روان درمانی مثبت گرایی گروهی بر کاهش افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان در شهر کرمان انجام شد. روش این تحقیق نیمه تجربی و به روش پیشآزمون – پسآزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه ی زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان در شهر کرمان تشکیل دادند. نمونه ی پژوهش شامل 30 نفر که به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شده بودند و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی (15 نفر) و کنترل (15 نفر) قرار گرفتند و به پرسشنامه ی افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس لاویبوند و لاویبوند (1995) قبل و بعد از مداخله پاسخ دادند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه 80دقیقه ای (هفته ای یک بار) تحت روان درمانی مثبت گرایی گروهی بر اساس الگوی رشید (2008) قرار گرفتند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله ای دریافت نکرد. نمرات آزمودنیها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد در مرحله ی پس آزمون، میانگین نمرات افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس در گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با گروه کنترل به صورت معنی داری کاهش یافت (001/0P< ). با توجه به یافته های پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که روان درمانی مثبت گرایی می تواند به عنوان مداخله در جهت تعدیل افسردگی، اضطراب و استرس مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Depression, anxiety and stress disorders are among the most common psychiatric disorders that have increased critically among women with breast cancer. This study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of positive group psychotherapy on reducing depression, anxiety and stress in women with breast cancer in Kerman. The method of this research was quasi-experimental and pre-test-post-test with control group. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all women with breast cancer in Kerman. The sample consisted of 30 people who were selected by purposive sampling method and randomly divided into experimental (n = 15) and control (n = 15) groups and Responded to the … to the Depression, Anxiety and Stress Questionnaire. (1995) before and after the intervention.The experimental group underwent positive group psychotherapy for 8 sessions of 80 minutes (once a week) and the control group did not receive any intervention. Subjects' scores were analyzed using analysis of covariance. The results showed that in the post-test stage, the mean scores of depressions, anxiety and stress in the experimental group decreased significantly compared to the control group (P <0.001). According to the research findings, it can be concluded that positive psychotherapy can be used as an intervention to modulate depression,anxiety and stress
