چکیده مقاله :
نئوسپوروزیس (Neosporosis) بیماری است که توسط تک یاخته ای به نام نئوسپورا کانینوم (Neospora caninum) ایجاد میشود و با وقوع سقط جنین در گاو و نیز ایجاد فلج عصبی و عضلانی اندام های مختلف، مخصوصاً فلجی اندام های خلفی در سگ شناخته میشود. بیماری نئوسپوروزیس برای اولین بار در سال 1984 در نروژ مورد شناسائی قرار گرفت. سگ تنها میزبان اصلی و همچنین میزبان واسط تکیاخته نئوسپورا کانینوم میباشد، ولی آلودگی در گاو، گوسفند، بز، اسب و گوزن نیز دیده میشود. اهمیت بیماری نئوسپوروزیس در ارتباط با ایجاد سقط جنین در نشخوارکنندگان (مخصوصاً گاو) و خسارات اقتصادی ایجادشده در دامداریهای صنعتی می باشد که این مسئله باعث شده، مطالعات فراوانی در ایران و جهان در مورد آن انجام پذیرد. برای اولین بار گزارش بررسی بیماری مذکور در ایران در سال 2004 انجام گرفته و از آن سال به بعد، مطالعات فراوانی در مورد آن انجام شده است. در مقاله مروری حاضر، سعی شده است که ضمن معرفی تک یاختهء عامل بیماری و سیر تکاملی آن و روش های تشخیص بیماری، مروری بر مطالعات انجامیافته در مورد این بیماری در ایران، از ابتدا تا به امروز، ارائه شود.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Neosporosis is a disease caused by a protozoan called Neospora caninum, which is characterized by abortion in cows and nerve and muscle paralysis of various organs, especially the hind limbs of dogs. This disease was identified for the first time in 1984 in Norway. The dog is the only definitive host and also the intermediate host of protozoa and contamination can also be seen in cattle, sheep, goats, horses, and deer. The importance of neosporosis disease is related to causing abortion in ruminants (especially cows) and the economic losses caused in industrial livestock farming, which has caused many studies to be conducted in Iran and rest of the world. The disease was first reported in Iran in 2004, and since that year, many studies have been conducted about it. In this review article, an attempt has been made to introduce the protozoa that causes the disease and its evolution, as well as the methods of diagnosing the disease, and provide an overview of the studies conducted on this disease in Iran, from the beginning to the present day.
