چکیده مقاله :
یکی از بیماریهای حاد، عفونی، مسری تنفسی در اسبها، آنفلوانزای اسبی است که در جهان گسترش دارد. در این مطالعه هدف ما تعیین سرمی میزان آلودگی به ویروس آنفلوانزای A در اسبهای شهرستان مهاباد واقع در استان آذربایجان غربی به روش الایزای رقابتی است. از ۲۰۰ رأس در پنج نقطه جغرافیایی مختلف شهرستان مهاباد و باشگاههای اسبسواری آن مناطق از جمله: بیطاس، حمزهآباد، لکبن، کوتر و دهبکر خونگیری کرده و سرم تهیه شد و به روش الایزای رقابتی بررسی گردید. در جمعیت مورد مطالعه فراوانی شیوع آنتیبادی سرمی علیه ویروس آنفلوانزای A معادل ۶ درصد (با فاصله اطمینان ۹۵ درصد: ۷/۸-۶۱/۲ درصد) حاصل شد. ارتباط آماری معنیداری بین فراوانی موارد مثبت سرمی آنفلوانزای A و جنسیت اسبها وجود داشت (۰۵/۰<۳۴۵/۰p=). ارتباط آماری معنیداری بین فراوانی موارد مثبت سرمی آنفلوانزای A و گروههای سنی اسبها وجود نداشت (۰۵/۰<۳۴۵/۰p=). نژادهایی که در این جمعیت مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند: پونی، کرد، عرب و بومی بود که به ترتیب صفر درصد، ۶/۷ درصد، ۲/۳ درصد و۷/۷ درصد فراوانی مثبت سرمی رویت شد که با تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها وابستگی معنیداری میان فراوانی موارد مثبت ویروس آنفلوانزا A و نژادهای مورد مطالعه وجود نداشت (۰۵/۰<۴۰۲/۰p=). این بررسی اولین گزارش از آلودگی اسبهای شهرستان مهاباد به ویروس آنفلوانزای A است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
Abstract Equine influenza is an acute, infectious, and highly contagious respiratory disease that is worldwide. This study was aimed to determine the seroprevalence of influenza A virus infection in horses of Mahabad city by competitive ELISA methods. In this study, 200 serum samples were collected from horses in Beytas, Hamzeh abad, Lekben, Kovtar and Dehboker villages located in Mahabad city and then examined by competitive ELISA method. The prevalence of antibodies against the influenza A virus in the study population was 6% )with 95% confidence interval: 2.16-8.7%(. Chi-square test showed no statistically significant relationship between the frequency of positive serum cases of influenza A and the sex of horses )P = 0.354> 0.05(. Horse breeds in the study population included Kurdish, Pony, Working and Arabian horses with 7.6%, 0%, 7.7% and 3.2% positive serum frequency, respectively. Data analysis showed There is no significant difference between the frequency of positive serum cases of influenza A virus and the studied breeds )P = 0.402> 0.05(. This study showed that the serum prevalence of influenza A in the study population is very low. This study is also the first report on the exposure of horses in Mahabad city to the Influenza A virus.
