مطالعه رابطه هوش هیجانی و عملکرد شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان آذربایجان شرقی از دیدگاه جامعه شناسی آموزش و پرورش

چکیده مقاله :
هدف از این پژوهش تعیین نقش هوش هیجانی بر عملکرد شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی استان آذربایجان شرقی بود. روش تحقیق بر مبنای هدف از نوع کاربردی و از نظر روش اجرا توصیفی از نوع تحلیلی بوده که به شکل میدانی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری ، کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی استان آذربایجان شرقی به تعداد (1312نفر) و حجم نمونه براساس جدول مورگان 298 نفر تعیین شد . شیوه نمونه گیری ، تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله ای بود . ابزار جمع آوری داده ها ، پرسشنامه های هوش هیجانی برادبری و گریوز (2004) و عملکرد شغلی بیرن و همکاران (2005) و کونوی (1999) که پس ازاعتبار یابی بین آزمودنی ها توزیع شد . نتایج نشان داد که بین هوش هیجانی با عملکرد شغلی رابطه مثبت معنیداری وجود دارد (05/0>p ، 69/0 =r). بین هوش هیجانی با عملکرد وظیفه ای و عملکرد زمینه ای رابطه مثبت معنیداری وجود دارد (05/0>p). همچنین بین مولفههای هوش هیجانی ( خودآگاهی ، خود مدیریتی ، آگاهی اجتماعی و مدیریت رابطه )با عملکرد شغلی رابطه مثبت معنیداری وجود دارد (05/0>p).
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of emotional intelligence on job performance of physical education teachers in East Azerbaijan province. The research method was applied based on the purpose and in terms of survey method, which was conducted in the field. The statistical population was all physical education teachers in East Azerbaijan province (1312 people) and the sample size was 298 people based on Morgan table. The sampling method was multi-stage cluster random. Data collection tools were Bradbury and Graves (2004) Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire and Byrne et al. (2005) and Conway (1999) Job Performance Questionnaire which were distributed among the subjects after validation.The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and job performance (p <0.05, r = 0.69). There is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and task performance and contextual performance (p <0.05). There is also a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence components (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management) and job performance (p <0.05).
