تجارب زیسته معلمان از کیفیت سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت برنامه شاد در مدارس دوره ابتدایی: یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسانه

چکیده مقاله :
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، واکاوی تجارب زیسته معلمان از کیفیت سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت برنامه شاد در مدارس دوره ابتدایی به صورت یک مطالعه پدیدارشناسانه بود. طرح پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از روش پدیدارشناسی توصیفی اجرا شد. مشارکت کنندگان دراین پژوهش متشکل از 17 نفر معلمان دارای تجربه تدریس در شیراز در سال 1400بودند که با رویکرد نمونه گیری هدفمند و روش نمونه گیری معیار انتخاب شدند. روش گردآوری دادهها، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و برای سنجش اعتبار اولیه داده ها از معیار های قابل قبول بودن و قابلیت اعتماد بودن داده های کیفی استفاده شد. پس از کدگذاری دادهها از روش تحلیل مضمون برای تشکیل شبکه مضامین کیفیت سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت برنامه شاد استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد از ترکیب و ادغام 156 کد پایه، 27 مضمون پایه و 5 مضمون سازمان دهنده ذیل یک مضمون فراگیر با عنوان کیفیت سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت برنامه شاد در مدارس دوره ابتدایی شکل گرفت. پنج مضمون سازمان دهنده عبارت بودند از تجارب مربوط به عملکرد تحصیلی دانش آموزان، تجارب مربوط به تعاملات رفتاری دانش آموزان، تجارب ارزشیابی دانش آموزان و تجارب مربوط به تدریس معلم تجارب مربوط به والدین. با توجه به لزوم تدریس در فضای مجازی در کلیه مقاطع خصوصاً دوره ابتدایی پیشنهاد میگردد، سیاستگذاران و برنامه ریزان آموزشی ابتدا زیرساختهای فناورانه لازم را برای متولیان عرصه تعلیم و تربیت فراهم سازند و اقداماتی همچون شناخت سیستم اطلاعات مدیریت در برنامه شاد و نحوه استفاده مطلوب از آن، ایجاد فضای تدریس دوطرفه، ایجاد سیستم ارزشیابی دانش آموزی، ارتقا سرعت برنامه ها و غیره را به صورت اثربخش در دستور کار خود قرار دهند تا نتایج اثربخش در چنین سیستم هایی نیز به وضوح قابل مشاهده باشد.
The present study aimed to explore the lived experience of elementary school teachers about the Quality of the Shad program management information system in the form of a phenomenological study. The qualitative research design was implemented using the descriptive phenomenological method. The research population consisted of 17 teachers with teaching experience in Shiraz in 2021. Their selection was performed through a purposeful sampling approach and standard sampling method. The data collection method was a semi-structured interview. The criteria of acceptability and reliability of qualitative data were used to measure the initial validity of the data. After coding the data, the theme analysis method (basic, organizing, and global themes) was used to form a network of quality themes for the Shad program management information system. The five organizing themes were experiences related to students’ academic performance, students' behavioral interactions, students' evaluation experiences, and teachers’ teaching, experiences related to parents, and finally, an exploratory model in a global theme called system quality. Considering the necessity of online teaching in all grades, especially elementary school, it is suggested that policymakers and educational planners first provide the necessary technological infrastructure for the trustees of the field of education and measures such as knowledge of the management information system in the Shad program and how to use it. It is desirable to create a two-way teaching environment, create a student evaluation system, improve the speed of programs, and so on to see the effective results of such systems.
