پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی راهکارهای ارتقاء اثر بخشی دوره های آموزش ضمن خدمت تخصصی، تکمیلی (ترفیعاتی) فراگیران ناجا، به روش توصیفی - پیمایشی انجام گرفت. حجم جامعه مشتمل بر 460 نفر از فراگیران مجتمع آموزشی انصارالمهدی (عج) فرماندهی انتظامی استان اصفهان بودند، که با استفاده از فرمول حجم نمونه گیری کوکران تعداد 210 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته راهکارهای ارتقاء اثربخشی در6 حیطه (نیازسنجی، اهداف آموزشی، محتوا، امکانات رفاهی، امکانات آموزشی و ارزشیابی) با 74 گویه براساس طیف 5 درجه ای لیکرت بود . برای تعیین راهکارهای ارتقاء اثربخشی از روایی صوری و محتوایی و برای برآورد پایایی این پرسشنامه از ضریب الفای کرونباخ استفاده شد ، که پایایی آن 94/0 محسابه شد . تجزیه وتحلیل داده های پژوهش در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از تجریه و تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که در هر 6 عامل مرتبط با اثر بخشی آموزشی، میانگین پاسخ های شرکت کنندگان، بیشتر از حد متوسط بوده و معنادار بودند (001/ > .( p عامل استفاده از امکانات رفاهی با میانگین (53/4) بیشترین مقدار و نیاز سنجی آموزشی با میانگین (77/2) کمترین مقدار بوده است. همچنین عوامل نیاز سنجی بر اساس ماموریتهای حرفه ای و شغلی کارکنان با میانگین(95/3)، تعیین اهداف آموزشی بر اساس ماموریتهای حرفه ای و شغلی کارکنان با میانگین(97/3)؛ ارائه محتوای آموزشی منطبق با آخرین پیشرفتهای علمی روز با میانگین (05/4)، استفاده از مدیران اجرایی با اخلاق و با تجربه جهت برگزاری دوره ها با میانگین (12/4)، منفک نمودن کامل کارکنان با میانگین(22/4) و ارزشیابی از اساتید براساس نظر سنجی از فراگیران با میانگین(05/4) دارای بیشترین مقدار بوده است. بین نظرات پاسخگویان برحسب عوامل دموگرافیک تفاوت معنا داری وجود ندارد.
Abstract The present study aimed to investigate promotion ways of educational courses for naja students in 1393-94 which was done by descriptive explanatory method. The population included 460 participants of Ansarol Mahdi participated in this researched complex located in police station in Isfahan to participate in such research randoms sampling method was applied in accidentally to select 210 people. Data collecting tool included researcher made questionaire focousing on(needs analysis, educational aims,essence, recreational facilities,evaluation) to specify the dimensions of efficiency promotion,face validity was used and to specify its reliability Cronbach Alpha coefficient was applied which its reliability was 94%. data analysis was done in 21 levels including descriptive statistics and inferential statistics Data analysis result showed from 6 related to educational efficiency, the average of participants responses were more than its estimated level and it was Considered significant (p<001) recreational factor with an average of 4.53 was Considered the highest and educational needs analysis showed its lowest average at 2.77 Also,Elements of needs analysis based on staffs professional missions with educational goals based on staffs professional missions with an average of 3.95. representation of educational input based on the latest Scientific developments with an average of 4.05.employment of Ethical and experienced managers to hold courses with an average of 4.12. complete separation of staffs an average of 4.22 and evaluation of instructors based on participants survey with an average of 4.05 showed the highest. among participants responses based on demographic Element,no significant difference was noticed.
