ارزیابی سازوکارهای تجربهشده برقراری ارتباط بین آموزش فنی و حرفهای رسمی و بازار کار در ایران

چکیده مقاله :
هدف این مقاله تحلیل وضعیت ارتباط آموزش فنی و حرفه ای رسمی با بازارکار و تبیین سازوکارهای مناسب برای برقراری ارتباط مطلوب با محیط کار کشور است. روش پژوهش از نوع زمینهیابی بوده و برای گردآوری دادههای مورد نیاز علاوه بر تحلیل اسناد و گزارشهای علمی ـ پژوهشی از مصاحبه ساختار یافته با صاحبنظران منتخب در حوزه برنامهریزی آموزشی، درسی و اجرایی آموزش فنی و حرفهای استفاده شده است. یافتهها نشان داد در حال حاضرساز و کار اثربخشی به منظور برقراری ارتباط بین آموزشهای فنی و حرفهای و بازار کار وجودندارد. سایر یافتههای مهم این پژوهش عبارتند از: ضرورت بازنگری در روشهای نیاز سنجی آموزشی و نیز استانداردهای مهارتی، توسعه فرهنگ کار، تأکید برجنبههای عملی و مهارتی در آموزشها در مقایسه با آموزشهای نظری، الزام دستگاههای دولتی و نیز بخش صنعت به همکاری واقعی با بخش آموزشهای فنی وحرفهای، توسعه آموزشهای فنی و حرفهای در چارچوب برنامه کلان توسعه اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی کشور و نیز پرهیز از توسعه کمی آموزش فنی و حرفهای.
The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship situation between technical and vocational training and labor market and explaining an appropriat mechanism for communicating with working environment in Iran. The research method was scientific-surveyable and to collect data analysis documents and research-scientific reports from structeured interviews with selected experts in curriculum, educational planning, and executive of technical and vocational training has been used. The findings showed there are no effective mechanisms in order to communicat between technical and vocational training and labor markets. Other important findings of this research are: the essential of revising needs assessment methods and skills stadards, developing job culture, emphasing on the skillful and practical aspects in education in comparison with theoretic education, the essentials of and industrial govermntal organizations in real cooperation with technical and vocational training, technical and vocational training development the in macro-plan frame of Iran’s social, cultural, and economical development and refusing the quantity development of technical and vocational training
