بررسی رابطه بین آموزش های ضمن خدمت با عملکرد مدیران، از دیدگاه دبیران (مطالعه موردی)

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی رابطه بین آموزش های ضمن خدمت با عملکرد مدیران مقطع متوسطه شهرستان مهاباد در سال تحصیلی1385-1384 انجام گرفته است .این تحقیق به دنبال تعیین رابطه بین آموزش های ضمن خدمت و عملکرد مدیران متوسطه از دیدگاه دبیران آنان می باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق 427 نفر دبیر است. حجم نمونه آماری بر اساس جدول مورگان 280 نفر است که به شیوه نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبی انتخاب شده است. به منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 35 گویه ای استفاده شده است. برای تجزیه وتحلیل داده ها و آزمون فرضیه ها از نرم افزارSPSS بهره گیری بعمل آمده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین آموزشهای ضمن خدمت و عملکرد مدیران (آموزشی، اداری و مالی) رابطه وجود دارد.
The present study was carried out to investigate the relationship between in- service training with managers' performance at Mahabad high schools in 2005-2006. The objectives were considering finding the differences between the trained and non-trained male and female managers regarding their educational, financial and administrative performances. The hypotheses were about finding the relationship between the aforementioned group regarding the in-service training and their performances. The statistical population includes 427 teachers. Using the Morgan formula the statistical sample size includes 280 teachers. The method of the study was descriptive survey and the proportionate stratified sampling was used. In order to collect the data two researcher made questionnaire were used. To analyze the data and test the hypotheses SPSS software was used. The results showed that there is significant difference between the teachers' performance and their in-service training.
