Material & Methods: This research was a clinical trial with a statistical sample of 20 volunteers with hypothyroidism who were referred to a 17th shahrivar hospital clinical in Rasht city, and were randomly divided into two groups of exercise (EG) and control (CG). Before and after 8 weeks of resistance aerobic exercise (3Session, 75Min). Serum cortisol, leptin and body composition indices and physical fitness components were measured.
