The research method is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in terms of approach, and the theme analysis method was used. To conduct field interviews, research participants included selected professors familiar with media literacy and conflict management and some selected managers of sports venues (20 people). The results of the theme analysis showed that the organizer (source of information acquisition, content production and critical thinking) and 25 basic themes exist as media literacy factors of sports venue managers in order to manage job conflicts. Also, by examining the frequencies of each of the organizing themes, it was found that the organizing theme of critical thinking is more frequent than the rest of the themes.
