بررسی اثرات عوامل و متغیرهای رقابت پذیری بین المللی برای شرکتهای صنایع غذایی در ایران با رویکرد آینده پژوهی(مورد مطالعه: صنایع غذایی استان خوزستان)

چکیده مقاله :
چکیدهزمینه: رقابت بین المللی از مهمترین مباحث ادبیات اقتصادی و مدیریتی است و بطور سنتی در محور برنامه های آکادمی ها ، سیاست گذاران و دست اندرکاران قرار داشته است.هدف: این پژوهش با هدف کلی بررسی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر رقابتپذیری بینالمللی شرکتهای تولید محصولات غذایی در ایران با رویکرد آینده پژوهی انجام شده است. روشها: روش تحقیق کاربردی- توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی و با بهره گیری از ابزار جمع آوری پرسشنامهی محقق ساخته، فرضیهها را مورد آزمون قرار داده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران بازرگانی، بازاریابی و صادرات شرکتهای محصولات غذایی در استان خوزستان بودند که با شرایط بازار و خصوصیات مشتریان یا خریداران خارجی آشنایی و ارتباط دائمی داشتندکه تعداد آنها 250 نفر بودند که از طریق فرمول گرجسی و مورگان نمونهی آماری 157 نفره به روش نمونه گیری خوشهای انتخاب گردید. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق نمونه اولیه به صورت روایی ظاهری و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان می دهد 8 عامل قیمت تمامشده محصولات ،کیفیت محصولات شرکتها، برخورداری شرکت از تکنولوژی پیشرفته، برخورداری شرکتها از نیروی انسانی متخصص، مدیریت بازاریابی کارآمد در شرکتها، برخوردار بودن شرکتها از برند مشهور،کیفیت بستهبندی محصولات، دسترسی آسان شرکتها به مواد اولیه با کیفیت بر مزیت رقابتی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند. همچنین تأثیر مزیت رقابتی بر رقابت پذیری بین المللی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.نتیجه گیری: نتیجه تحقیق عدم تأثیر سبز بودن و ارگانیک بودن محصولات بر کسب مزیت رقابتی را نشان می دهد.
The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the factors and variables which can influence on international competitiveness of food industry companies in Khuzestan province. This research is an applied, descriptive and correlational research, and the futures research approach is performed for it. Research hypotheses have been achieved from a qualitative stage that uses theories and experiences of food industry experts. The data required to test the hypotheses were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of this research consists of business, marketing and export managers of Khuzestan food industry companies, which are sufficiently familiar with market and industry conditions and specifications of foreign buyers. The number of these experts was 250. Using a Georgian and Morgan formula and cluster sampling method, a sample of 157 people has been selected. The validity of the questionnaire was verified by referring to a prototype and its reliability was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha. The research results indicate that 8 factors including the cost of products, product quality, to have advanced technology in company, the presence of expert human resource, efficient marketing management, to have famous brands in the company, high quality packaging, and easy access to high quality materials can have effect on creating an effective competitive advantage for food industry companies of Khuzestan Province. Also, according to these results, the effect of competitive advantage on international competitiveness of companies has been approved.
