Abstract :
An Integrated Method for evaluation of Detailed Plans by Using Plan Process Result (PPR) and Process Policy-Plan/Program Implementation (PPIP) )Case Study: ( This article provides an overview on the current debate on evaluation in urban planning. An initial evaluation state of the art is presented in three parts: the evolution of evaluation theory and methods, the contemporary planning debate around different perspectives and paradigms, and the nature and extent of evaluation practice in planning emphasis on PPIP and PPR . The second part of the article focuses on the Application this method in different planning systems especially in Iran. and evaluate positivism theory of detail plan. This comprehensive literature review provides the background to set a general principle to evaluate the implementation of urban plans. The research results, in addition to exam the strengths and weaknesses of the preparation and implementation of the detailed plan and provide solutions to increase citizen participation in the process theory and planning.
