چکیده مقاله :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی راهبردهای مدیریت بهره‌وری اماکن ورزشی کشور عراق با تأکید بر توسعه‌ی پایدار بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه‌ی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات توصیفی– تحلیلی و از نظر شیوه‌ی اجرا از نوع تحقیقات کیفی مبتنی بر نظریه برخاسته از داده‌ها بود. در پژوهش حاضر، به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها اقدام به جمع‌آوری مصاحبه با 9 نفر از نخبگان، استفاده شد. بر پایه‌ی یافته‌های حاصل از نتایج کیفی برای راهبردها 185 مفهوم، 13 مقوله‌ی فرعی و 3 مقوله‌ی اصلی مربوط به الگوی راهبردهای مدیریت بهره‌وری اماکن ورزشی کشور عراق با تأکید بر توسعه‌ی پایدار شناسایی شدند. اولین مقوله‌ی اصلی، راهبردهای مدیریتی بود که این عامل خود از 5 عامل محوری طراحی و ساخت مکان، تکریم ارباب‌رجوع، تجهیز، تعمیر و نگهداری، نیروی انسانی و مدیریت اماکن تشکیل گردیده است، دومین مقوله راهبردهای کلان بودند که این عامل خود از 5 عامل محوری برنامه‌ریزی، سنجش و ارزیابی، دولت، آموزش، پژوهش و تبلیغات، فرهنگی- اجتماعی و حامیان مالی و سرمایه‌گذاری تشکیل گردیده است. در نهایت سومین مقوله شناسایی شده راهبردهای زیست‌محیطی بودند که این عامل خود از 3 عامل محوری قوانین و مقررات سبز، مدیریت توسعه‌ی پایدار و بازیافت تشکیل گردیده است. بنابراین، با توجه به محدودبودن منابع انرژی در کشور، مدیران اماکن ورزشی باید در راستای بهبود و ارتقای بهره‌وری، از فناوری‌ها و روش‌های به‌روز و دوستدار محیط‌زیست استفاده کنند تا در راستای اعتلای توسعة پایدار اماکن ورزشی کشور خود، گام بردارند.
The aim of the current research was to design a model of strategies for managing the productivity of sports venues in Iraq with an emphasis on sustainable development. In terms of practical purpose, in terms of descriptive-analytical information collection method, and in terms of implementation method, this research was qualitative research based on theory arising from data. In this research, in order to collect data, interviews with 9 elites were used. Based on the findings of the qualitative results for strategies, 185 concepts, 13 subcategories and 3 main categories related to the pattern of strategies for managing the productivity of sports venues in Iraq were identified with an emphasis on sustainable development. The first main category was management strategies, which is made up of 5 central factors of designing and building a place, honoring the lord, equipping, maintenance, manpower, and management of places. The second category was macro strategies, which was made up of 5 factors. The center of planning, measurement and evaluation, government, education, research and advertising, cultural-social and financial and investment sponsors has been formed. Finally, the third identified category was environmental strategies, which is composed of 3 key factors of green laws and regulations, sustainable development management, and recycling. Therefore, considering the limited energy resources in the country, managers of sports venues should use up-to-date and environmentally friendly technologies and methods in order to improve and promote productivity in order to take steps towards the sustainable development of sports venues in their country.
