چکیده مقاله :
هدف از انجام این تحقیق تعیین اثر اعتماد نهادی بر عملکرد کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان میباشد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی، و از نظر استراتژی همبستگی مبتنی بر الگوی معادلات ساختاری است که به روش میدانی اجرا میشود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیهی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان در سال 1398 میباشد (901 نفر)، که با استفاده از جدول نمونهگیری مورگان و کرچسی تعداد 279 نفر بصورت تصادفی در دسترس به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق برای جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامه اعتماد نهادی (آلونن، 2008) ، عملکرد کارکنان (زارعی رباط، 1393) استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامهها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 88/0، 78/0 بدست آمد. در تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمونهای کلموگروف اسمیرونوف و معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزارهای SPSS و AMOS استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان میدهد با توجه به ضریب تاثیر محاسبه شده در مدل، اعتماد نهادی بر عملکرد کارکنان به میزان صورت 53/0 اثر مثبت و مستقیم دارد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق که نشان داد اعتماد نهادی میتواند بر عملکرد کارکنان اثر گذار باشد لذا از این رو میتوان گفت که وزارت ورزش و جوانان با اعتماد نهادی میتواند با بهبود ارتباطات و همکاری میان کارکنان و مدیران و ارتقا کارایی میان تیمها، موجب حفظ و بهبود کارکنان و در نهایت عملکرد کارکنان شود.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The purpose of present research was to determine the effect of institutional trust on performance of the staff of the Ministry of Sport and Youth. The research for the purpose was practical and from the strategy was correlation based on structural equation model which was implemented by field method. The statistical population of the research included all of employees in the ministry of Sport and Youth (N=901), that using Krejcie and Morgan sampling table 279 which was randomly selected as statistical sample. In this research, Institutional Trust (Aloonen, 2008), Employee Performance (Zarei Robat, 2014) .questionnaires were used for data collection. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated through Cronbach's alpha 0.88, 0.78, respectively. Data were analyzed using Kolmogorov-Smirnov tests and structural equations in SPSS and AMOS software. The results of the study showed that institutional trust directly affects the performance of employees at the rate of 0.35. The results of the study showed that institutional trust directly affects the performance of employees, therefore, based on the research results, it is offered that experts of the sport and youth ministry can help maintain and improve employees by improving communication and collaboration between employees and managers and improving team performance.
