تعیین اثربخشی آموزش برنامه شادی لیوبو میرسکی بر شادکامی، امید، سلامت عمومی و رضایت از زندگی دانشآموزان دختر رشته تربیت کودک مقطع متوسطه

چکیده مقاله :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر اثربخشی آموزش برنامه شادی لیومیرسکی بر شادکامی، امید، سلامت عمومی و رضایت از زندگی در دانش آموزان دختر رشته تربیت کودک مقطع متوسطه شهر شهرضا میباشد. تعداد 30 نفر از کلیه دانش آموزان دختر رشته تربیت کودک متوسطه دوم مشغول به تحصیل در دبیرستانهای واقع در شهر شهرضا به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای چندمرحلهای به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. گروه مداخله به مدت شش هفته آموزش شادی لیبومیرسکی را دریافت نمودند و اندازه گیری در مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری به انجام رسید. ایزار جمع آوری داده ها شامل پرسشنامه های امید اسنایدر، پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی (GHQ)، پرسشنامه احساس شادکامی آکسفورد و رضایت از زندگی داینر و همکاران بود. داده ها با استفاده از روش های آمار توصیفی (میانگین و انحراف استاندارد) و آمار استنباطی (تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره) تحلیل شدند. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش برنامه شادی لیوبومیرسکی بر شادکامی، امید، سلامت عمومی و رضایت از زندگی در دانشآموزان در مرحله پس آزمون و پیگیری تاثیر معناداری داشت. بنابراین می توان نتیجه گرفت که آموزش شادی به دانش آموزان منجر به افزایش امید، شادکامی، سلامت عمومی و رضایت از زندگی در دانش آموزان می شود. از اینرو به مدارس پیشنهاد می شود که توجه به آموزش این نوع شادکامی را جزء الویتهای آموزشی خود قرار دهند
The present study is going to evaluate effectiveness of Lyubomirsky's Happiness Training Program on Happiness, Hope, General Health and Life Satisfaction among Female High School Students Studying Child Development and Psychology in Shahreza. A sample of 30 female high school students studying Child Development and Psychology in different high schools of Shahreza, were selected by multi-stage random cluster sampling. The treatment group received six weeks of Lyubomirsky's Happiness Training Program and pretest, posttest and follow up study have been done. Data were collected using Snyder's hope scale questionnaire, General Health Questionnaire (GHQ), Oxford Happiness Questionnaire, and Life Satisfaction Questionnaire by Diener et al. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (multivariate covariance analysis). The results of the study revealed that Lyubomirsky's Happiness Training Program had a significant effect on happiness, hope, general health and life satisfaction of students in the post-test and follow up stages. Therefore, it can be concluded that happiness training program increases hope, happiness, general health and life satisfaction in students. Hence, it is suggested to schools to pay attention to this type of happiness training as an educational priority
