ارزیابی کاربست سازمان یادگیرنده در شرکت برق منطقهای آذربایجان بر اساس مدل واتکینز ومارسیک

چکیده مقاله :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی سازمان یادگیرنده و میزان کاربست آن در شرکت برق منطقهای آذربایجان انجام شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی-پیمایشی بوده است. جامعه آماری مورد نظر، کلیه کارکنان شرکت برق منطقهای آذربایجان به تعداد 1307 نفر و در سطح سه استان(آذربایجانشرقی، آذربایجانغربی و اردبیل) میباشد. نمونه آماری از طریق جدول مورگان به تعداد 297 نفر تعیین و به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شده است. ابزار مورد استفاده در این پژوهش پرسشنامه استاندارد ابعاد سازمان یادگیرنده واتکینز و مارسیک (DLOQ) میباشد. روایی محتوا و سازه این پرسشنامه بررسی و تأیید شده است. دادههای جمعآوریشده با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS-20 و 3 Smart-PLS تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد؛ که میزان کاربست متغیر سازمان یادگیرنده و مؤلفههای آن، یادگیری سطح فردی (ایجاد فرصتهایی برای یادگیری مداوم و بالا بردن سطح گفتگو و پژوهش در سازمان)، یادگیری سطح گروهی (تشویق و ترغیب به همکاری و یادگیری گروهی)، یادگیری سطح سازمانی (ایجاد سیستمهایی جهت دریافت و تسهیم یادگیری، توانمندسازی کارکنان در جهت رسیدن به یک بینش جمعی، مرتبط ساختن سازمان با محیط خود، فراهمسازی رهبری استراتژیک در امر یادگیری) در جامعۀ هدف به طور معناداری پایینتر از حد متوسط بود و فقط بالا بردن سطح گفتگو و پژوهش در سازمان در حد متوسط میباشند. همچنین با استفاده از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری با کمترین مربعات جزئی الگویی برای سازمان یادگیرنده ارائه وروابط مؤلفههای آن مورد ارزیابی قرارگرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که مدل از مطلوبیت قوی برخوردار است (GOF=0/813). و در نتیجه دستیابی به اهداف واستراتژیهای شرکت برق منطقهای آذربایجان در مسیریادگیرنده بودن را محقق میسازد.
The present study was conducted with the aim of assessing the learning organization and examining its deployment in the Azerbaijan Regional Electricity Company. The research method was descriptive-survey. The statistical population is all the employees with 1307 people in three provinces (East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan and Ardabil). The statistical sample was determined through Morgan table with 297 people and selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument used in this study is the Dimensions of Learning Organization Questionnaire (DLOQ) by Watkins& Marsick. The content and construct validity of this questionnaire also its reliability was confirmed. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS20 and Smart-PLS 3 software. The results showed that the learning organization and its components individual learning (create continuos learning opportunities and promote inquiry and dialogue), group learning (encouraging collaboration and team learning), organizational learning (creating systems to capture and sharing learning, empower people towards a collective insight, connect the organization to its environment, and provide strategic leadership for learning) was significantly lower than average and only the level of dialogue and research in the organization are intermediate. Also using structural equation modeling with the least Partial squares provided a model for the learning organization in order to evaluating its components relationship. The results showed that the model has a strong utility (GOF = 0.813). As a result, it achieves the goals and strategies of the Azerbaijan Regional Electrice Company in being a learning path.
