Conditions of acceptance and registration
- Acceptance of articles is possible only through the journal website (http:/jic.mshdiau.ac.ir/).
To register on the journal website and submit an article, please follow the steps below:
- 1-1- Log in to the website http:/jic.mshdiau.ac.ir.
- 1-2- Click on the option (Login to the system), then click on the word (Register in the system).
The registration page will appear. Please note that you must enter your full details in English and only enter them in Persian in the sections that are marked as Persian. After completing the registration page, click on the save option at the bottom of the page, then refer to your e-mail and receive your user code and password.
- 1-3- This time, enter your registered user code and password and use the online services of the journal. • Note: It is worth mentioning that you can use this username and password both for refereeing and for submitting your articles.
- 1-4- The article submitted to this journal must not have been submitted to other journals at the same time.
- 1-5- The official language of the quarterly is English
- 1-6- The article must be research and the result of the research work of the author or authors.
- 1-7- The scientific and legal responsibility for the accuracy and validity of the article lies with the corresponding author.
- 1-8- The corresponding author must complete the copyright form and, after signing it, upload it to the system along with the article.

- 2- How to write and edit
- 2-1- The article should be prepared on A4 paper and in a single column with a line spacing of 1 cm and a margin of 3 cm and in the form of a file (Doc or Docx). • The submission file consists of two parts.
- 2-1-1- The main file of the article (Manuscript main file with authors name):
- The main file submitted for the article should include the title of the article, the text of the article, images and tables and without the authors' details (Manuscript main file with authors name). •
- 2-1-2- The file of the authors of the article (Title Page): •
- The names of the authors should be uploaded in a separate file (Title Page) from the main file of the article, which should include: the name of the author or authors (the name of the author responsible for correspondence should be marked with an asterisk), academic degree, academic rank and place of employment or place of study, the full address of the author responsible for correspondence including postal address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address.
- Note: When submitting an article, authors are requested to introduce at least three referees along with their addresses and expertise.
The journal is free to submit articles to proposed referees or other referees. Submitted articles will be reviewed confidentially by three expert professors. The journal reserves the right to reject or accept articles and to edit articles and is not responsible for returning received articles.
- 2-2- The different sections of the article are as follows:
- Title - Full Name (s) and Address(es) - Abstract - Key words - Introduction - Main Text - Conclusions - Acknowledgments - References
- Note: The different sections of the article should be numbered based on the main and sub-titles.
For example (3-1-1).
- Note: In order to facilitate the evaluation and review of articles, it is necessary that all lines of the article be numbered.
For this purpose, you can number the lines in Word software using the following path:
- Page Layout -----> Line Numbering -----> Continuous
- 2-3- The article is typed in Times New Roman font and the font size is as follows
: • Font size 16 line (bold) for the article title and font size 12 line (bold) for the subheadings
- Font size 12 line for the text of the article, titles of tables and figures, names of the authors of the article, sources used and keywords,
- 3- The order of the different parts of the article and how to compile them
- 3-1- The title of the article should be a summary, fluent and descriptive of the content of the article and the maximum number of words allowed is 20 words.
In the title of the article, the first letter of all words, except for conjunctions, should be written in capital letters.
- 3-2- The abstract of a research paper should contain at least 150 words and a maximum of 250 words and include the background and purpose, materials and methods, how to statistically analyze the findings, discussion and conclusion.
- 3-3- Keywords should be written in at most 5 words immediately after the abstract.
- 3-4- The introduction should include the research topic, work history and review of scientific sources related to the research topic, and at the end, the purpose of the research should be stated. • 3-5- Materials and methods should clearly include the characteristics of the experimental site, description of materials, working tools, methods used, including statistical methods and experimental designs.
In this section, explanations of methods that were not used in the research in question should be avoided. In addition, it is better to avoid a complete description of common methods and limit yourself to mentioning the sources used and the changes made to them. The method should also be clear and unambiguous enough so that other researchers can repeat it if needed.
- 3-6- Discussion and conclusion include the findings of the research in the form of text, tables and figures, a reasoned discussion and a general conclusion at the end.
In this section, repetition or mention of the materials and methods carried out should be avoided.
- Note: The editorial board is excused from accepting articles that do not have references to sources in this section.
- 3-7- In the acknowledgement section, it is possible to express gratitude for the cooperation and assistance of natural and legal persons in conducting the research.
• 3-8- Reference style
Indicate references by adding a number within square brackets in the text. You can refer to author names within your text, but you must always give the reference number, e.g., "as demonstrated [3,6]. Number references in the order they appear in your article
