بررسی رابطه توانمندسازی پرستاران با تعهد سازمانی وتعهد حرفهای در بیمارستان میلاد

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه : یکی از شاخصهای مهم میزان موفقیت سازمانها وجود نیروی انسانی متعهد به سازمان و حرفه خود است. از طرف دیگر در سالهای اخیر توانمندسازی به عنوان یک راهکار نیروی انسانی برای خلق کارآمدی، بهرهوری مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد. با توجه به موارد مذکور هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی رابطه توانمندسازی پرستاران با تعهد سازمانی و تعهد حرفهای در بیمارستان میلاد است. روش پژوهش: ابزار گردآوری این تحقیق توصیفی - پیمایشی و از نظر هدف کاربردی، پرسشنامه (با تایید روایی و پایایی با رویکرد صوری و آلفای کرونباخ (0/932)) بود. جامعه آماری 807 پرستار بیمارستان میلاد و نمونه آماری مطابق فرمول کوکران 261 نفر بود. به منظور تحلیل فرضیهها از آزمونهای استنباطی استفاده شد. یافتهها: در سطح معناداری کمتر از 0/05، توانمندسازی پرستاران با تعهد سازمانی و تعهد حرفهای رابطه مثبت و معناداری (ضریب همبستگی 0/908 و 0/797) دارد. همچنین متغیرهای توانمندسازی پرستاران و ابعاد آن، تعهد سازمانی و ابعاد آن و تعهد حرفهای در بیمارستان میلاد بالاتر از متوسط (عدد 3) است ومیانگین این سه متغیر در گروههای سنی، تحصیلاتی، جنسیتی و تجربه تفاوت معناداری ندارد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به محرز شدن رابطه بین توانمندسازی پرستاران و تعهد سازمانی و تعهد حرفهای در بین جامعه پرستاران بیمارستان میلاد میتوان پذیرفت که تلاش برای بهبود توانمندی پرستاران میتواند استراتژی ارزشمندی برای بهبود تعهد سازمانی و تعهد حرفهای باشد.
Introduction: One of the most important determinants of organizations success is the presence of manpower committed to organization their careers. On the other hand, in recent years, empowering human resources has been used as a way to create efficiency and productivity. In this respect, purpose study was to investigate the relationship between empowerment and organizational commitment and professional commitment of nurses in Milad hospital Methods: The method of collecting this descriptive-survey and applied study was questionnaire (Validity and reliability was evaluated with a formal approach and Cronbach's alpha test (0.932)). Population was 807 Nurses and sample according to Cochran formula was 261 Nurses. To analyze the hypotheses, inferential tests were used. Results: In the significance level less than 0.05, nurses' empowerment with organizational commitment and professional commitment has a positive and significant correlation (correlation coefficient is 0.908 and 0.797). Also, nurses' empowerment and their dimensions, organizational commitment and its dimensions, and professional commitment in Milad Hospital are higher than average (3). And the mean of these variables is not significantly different in age groups, education, gender and experience. Conclusion: Considering the relationship between nursing empowerment, organizational commitment, and professional commitment among the nurses in Milad Hospital, it can be concluded that efforts to improve nurses' ability can be a valuable strategy to improve organizational commitment and professional commitment.
