بررسی تاثیر فرهنگ سازمانی فرهنگی بر علمکرد شغلی از طریق متغییر های واسط رضایت شغلی و اشتراک گذاری دانش

چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش تعیین تاثیر فرهنگ سازمانی بر عملکرد شغلی از طریق رضایت شغلی و اشتراک گذاری دانش است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر را کلیه کارکنان شاغل درشرکت توکا فولاد به تعداد 5340 نفرتشکیل دادند که از طریق فرمول نمونه گیری کوکران تعداد 787 نفر به عنوان نمونه از طریق روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای متناسب با حجم انتخاب شدند . که روایی پرسشنامه ها بر اساس روایی محتوایی،صوری و سازه مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند و پس از اصطلاحات لازم روایی مورد تائید قرار گرفت و از سوی دیگرپایایی پرسش نامه ها با روش آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 88/0 ، 95/0 ،94/0 و 93/0برآورد شد و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در سطح استنباطی مشتمل بر مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که رابطه بین فاصله قدرت و اشتراک دانش با ضریب تاثیر77/0-، رابطه بین فاصله قدرت و رضایت شغلی با ضریب تاثیر55/0-، رابطه بین اجتناب از ابهام و اشتراک دانش با ضریب تاثیر25/0، رابطه بین اجتناب از رضایت شغلی با ضریب تاثیر 35/0 و رابطه جمع گرایی و رضایت شغلی با ضریب تاثیر 45/0 و مردانگی با رضایت شغلی با ضریب تاثیر22/0 و بلندمدت با رضایت شغلی با ضریب تاثیر33/0 و رضایت شغلی با اشتراک دانش با ضریب تاثیر88/0 و رضایت شغلی با عملکرد شغلی با ضریب تاثیر75/0 و اشتراک دانش با عملکرد شغلی با ضریب تاثیر55/0 معنا دار شده اند.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational culture on job performance through job satisfaction and knowledge sharing. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of how to collect descriptive correlational information. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all employees working in Toka Foolad Company in the number of 5340 people, of which 787 people were selected as a sample through Cochran's sampling formula through stratified sampling method appropriate to the volume.And data analysis was performed at the inferential level, including structural equation modeling. The results showed that the relationship between power distance and knowledge sharing with an impact factor of -0.77, the relationship between power distance and job satisfaction with an impact factor of -0.55, the relationship between ambiguity avoidance and knowledge sharing with an impact factor of 0.25, the relationship between avoidance Job satisfaction with an impact factor of 0.35 and the relationship between collectivism and job satisfaction with an impact factor of 0.45 and masculinity with job satisfaction with an impact factor of 0.22 and long-term job satisfaction with an impact factor of 0.33 and job satisfaction with knowledge sharing with a coefficient Impact of 0.88 and job satisfaction with job performance with an impact factor of 0.75 and knowledge sharing with job performance with an impact factor of 0.55 were significant.
