چکیده مقاله :

تحقیق حاضر در پی تبیین رابطه بین اعتماد سازمانی، سکوت و تعهد سازمانی در استانداری گیلان و فرمانداری های تابعه است. روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع کاربردی است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش مشتمل بر تمامی کارکنان رسمی و پیمانی شاغل در استانداری و فرمانداری های تابعه استان گیلان است. تعداد کل جامعه آماری 819 نفر و حجم نمونه 304 به روش غیر احتمالی در دسترس می باشد. داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارSPSS25 و SMART PLS3 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج آزمون فرضیه های پژوهش و تجزیه و تحلیل های انجام شده بیانگر آن است که فرضیه ها در سطح اطمینان ۹۵ درصد مورد تائید قرار گرفته است بر این ،اساس رابطه منفی و معنادار سکوت تدافعی و سکوت تعهدی با تعهد سازمانی و همچنین رابطه منفی و معنادار اعتماد به رهبر و اعتماد به سازمان با سکوت تدافعی و تعهدی در استانداری گیلان و فرمانداری های تابعه آن در سطح اطمینان ۹۵ درصد تائید شد.

چکیده انگلیسی:

The present research seeks to explain the relationship between organizational trust, silence and organizational commitment in Guilan Governorate and subordinate governorates. Descriptive analytical research method is of applied type. The statistical population of this research includes all official and contract employees working in the governorate and subordinate governorates of Guilan province. The total number of the statistical population is 819 people and the sample size is 304 available by non-probability method. Data were analyzed using SPSS25 and SMART PLS3 software. The results of the research hypotheses test and the conducted analyzes show that the hypotheses have been confirmed at a 95% confidence level, based on the negative and significant relationship between defensive silence and commitment silence with organizational commitment, as well as a negative and significant relationship. Trust in the leader and trust in the organization was confirmed with a defensive silence and commitment in the governorate of Guilan and its subordinate governorates at a confidence level of 95%.
