طراحی الگوی تعاملات مدیران آموزشی و شناسایی و اولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر بر آن

چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی الگوی تعاملات در مدیران آموزشی و اولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر بر آن می¬باشد. روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش کاربردی از نوع آمیخته از دو رویکرد کیفی با روش گرنددتئوری و کمی با روش توصیفی¬تحلیلی بهره گرفته است. برای طراحی الگوی تعاملات در مدیران آموزشی با 19نفر از متخصصان موضوعی مصاحبه¬نیمه ساختار یافته صورت گرفت که نمونه¬گیری هدفمند بود. معیار انتخاب نمونه اشباع داده¬ها و اصالت داده¬ها توسط 5 نفر از متخصصان موضوعی تایید شد. در بخش کمی روش نمونه¬گیری در دسترس تعداد نمونه 100نفر از مدیران سازمانهای آموزش و پرورش استان فارس و معیار انتخاب جدول مورگان بود. ابزار اندازه-گیری پرسشنامه¬محقق ساخته با 40سوال است که روایی محتوایی آن تایید و پایایی آن با آلفای کرونباخ(81/0)سنجیده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده¬ها در بخش کیفی به شیوه اشتراوس وکوربین و در بخش کمی با آزمون فریدمن و خی¬دو صورت پذیرفت. یافته¬ها: پس از تحلیل مصاحبه¬ها 5کد انتخابی، 19کد محوری و98کد باز استخراج شد. با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از بخش کیفی پژوهش الگوی تعاملات در مدیران آموزشی طراحی شد. دربخش کمی عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه ی تعاملات مدیران آموزشی اولویت بندی شد که، وجود علاقه و انگیزه در مدیران مهمترین راهبرد، مدیران مدارس مؤثرترین افراد و عدم توجه به فرهنگ و ارزش¬های جامعه و تعلل در فرهنگ سازی مهمترین مانع در توسعه تعاملات است. بحث و نتیجه¬گیری: نتایج بخش کیفی تمام عوامل موثر بر توسعه تعاملات مدیران آموزشی را به نمایش گذاشت و در نهایت منجر به تولید الگو در این زمینه شد. الگوی طراحی شده علاوه بر بازنمایی و برجسته کردن واقعیات موجود در تعاملات مدیران آموزشی، چشم انداز جامعی را از توسعه این تعاملات نیز ارائه داد. نتایج بخش کمی نشان داد مدیران مدارس بیشترین نقش را در تعاملات دارند، از همین رو باید برای توسعه مهارت¬های ارتباطی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی خود تلاش کنند.
Introduction: The aim of the current research is to design a pattern of interactions among educational managers and to prioritize factors affecting it. research methodology: The research methodology of this mixed-type applied research has used two qualitative approaches with the ground- theory method and quantitative with descriptive analytical method A semi-structured interview was conducted with 19 subject experts in order to design a pattern of interactions among educational managers, which was a purposive sampling. The selection criteria of data saturation and data authenticity were confirmed by 5 subject experts In the quantitative part of the sampling method, the available sample number was 100 people from the managers of education organizations in Fars province and the selection criteria was Morgan's table The measurement tool is a researcher-made questionnaire with 40 questions, whose content validity was confirmed and its reliability was measured with Cronbach's alpha of (0/81). Data analysis was done in the qualitative part by the method of Strauss and Corbin and in the quantitative part by the Friedman chi-squer test. Findings: After the interviews, 5 selective codes, 19 central codes and 98 open codes were extracted Using the results obtained from the qualitative part of the research, the model of interactions among educational managers was designed In the quantitative section, the effective factors on the development of educational managers' interactions were prioritized that the existence of interest and motivation in principals is the most important strategy of school principals and the most effective people, and lack of attention to the culture and values of the society and procrastination in creating culture is the most important obstacle in the development of interactions. Conclusion: The results of the qualitative part showed all the factors affecting the development of educational managers' interactions and finally led to the production of models in this field. the designed model also provided a comprehensive perspective of the development of these In addition to representing and highlighting the facts in the interactions of educational managers, interactions. The results of the quantitative part showed that school principals play the most important role in interactions, therefore they should strive to develop their cultural and social communication skills.
