چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: جذابیت کلاس درس، نقش مهمی در ایجاد انگیزه برای یادگیری بهویژه در دوره ابتدایی دارد و با توجه به این که در دوران ابتدایی دانش آموزان هنوز انگیزه درونی مناسب را برای ورود به مدرسه کسب نکردهاند، احتمال میرود جذابیت کلاس، اشتیاق دانشآموزان را برای حضور و یادگیری افزایش دهد. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی ابعاد و مولفههای جذابیت کلاس درس در دوره ابتدایی است.
روش شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نوع مطالعات کیفی است که از تحلیل محتوای کیفی استفاده شده است. مشارکت کنندگان شامل متخصصان و معلمان نمونه کشوری با مدرک مدیریت آموزشی، روانشناسی تربیتی، برنامه ریزی آمزوشی و درسی، تکنولوژی آموزشی و تحقیقات آموزشی در کشور بودند، که از طریق روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 15 نفر بعنوان مطلعین کلیدی انتخاب شدند. داده ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته گردآوری شد. اعتبار و روایی دادهها از سه روش بازخورد مشارکت کنندگان، تکنیک زاویه بندی کریستینسن و ناظران بیرونی به دست آمد. داده ها بوسیله کد گذاری باز تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: یافتههای پژوهش نشان دادکه بیشتر مولفههای جذابیت مانند محیط فیزیکی مناسب، فضای کلاس، زیبایی و شادابی محیط، تسلط معلم بر محتوای درسی، استفاده از بازی های آموزشی، روابط انسانی و اجتماعی، عدالت آموزشی، رفتار و زبان بدن معلم، چالش های آموزشی و محیطی و توجه به نیازهای محیطی همگی باعث جذابیت کلاس برای دانش آموزان می شوند.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: باتوجه به نتایج پژوهش میتوان نتیجه گرفت که توجه به عوامل موثر بر جذابیت کلاس میتواند به عنوان تقویت کننده مثبت برای اشتیاق دانش آموزان جهت حضور در کلاس و آسان سازی یادگیری در نظر گرفت.
چکیده انگلیسی :
Introduction: The attractiveness of the classroom plays an important role in creating motivation for learning, especially in the elementary school years and Although in the elementary school years, students have not yet acquired the proper intrinsic motivation to enter school, it is likely that the attractiveness of the classroom will increase students' enthusiasm for attendance and learning.
research methodology: This research is a qualitative study that uses qualitative content analysis. Participants included nationally representative experts and teachers with degrees in educational management, educational psychology, educational and curriculum planning, educational technology, and educational research in the country, of whom 15 were selected as key informants through purposive sampling. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. The validity and reliability of the data were obtained through two methods of member checking, christiansen triangulation and external observers. Date were analyzed by open coding.
Findings: The research findings showed that most of the components of attractiveness, such as a suitable physical environment, classroom space, beauty and freshness of the environment, The teacher's mastery of the course content, the use of educational games, human and social relationships, educational justice, teacher behavior and body language, educational and environmental challenges, and attention to environmental needs all make the class attractive to students.
Conclusion: According to the results of the study, it can be concluded that paying attention to the factors affecting classroom attractiveness can be considered as a positive reinforcement for students' enthusiasm for attending class and facilitating learning.
