The present study is the result of 432 articles, of which 19 studies have been subjected to final analysis. The purpose of this systematic review and meta-analysis is to analyze and synthesize studies. who have investigated the impact of empowerment dimensions on sustainable development. This research was carried out using one of the most efficient and up-to-date software in the world for meta-analysis, CMA version 2, whose appropriate technical features in measuring the results indicate an excellent tool in the validity of meta-analysis studies. Data collection using the articles searched from 2018 to 2022, which were searched in the databases of Science Dikert, Emerald, Scopus, Web of Science, and Science Net, and among them 432 articles were found, after a detailed review of 19 articles. The study was included in the analysis basket and analyzed by the software. Quantitative analysis shows that there is a positive and significant effect between community empowerment and sustainable development, yet no specific evidence has been observed that one of the dimensions of empowerment will have more effects on empowerment. Sustainable development is a set of systematic operations and methods that provides appropriate policies in the use of resources, direction of capital and better quality of life and is related to the empowerment of human resources
