تعیین کارایی تولید سیبزمینی در ایران

چکیده مقاله :
در این مطالعه کاراییهای فنی، تخصیصی، هزینه و سود زراعت سیبزمینی و نهادههای مورد استفاده با رهیافت تحلیل پوششی دادهها و اطلاعات منتشر شده وزارت جهاد کشاورزی برای سال زراعی 94-1393 در ۲۳ استان کشور محاسبه و اهمیت هر یک از نظر صرفهجویی در منابع، کاهش هزینه و بهبود سودآوری بررسی گردید. بر اساس یافتهها در رویکرد نهاده گرا و بازده ثابت نسبت به مقیاس، میانگین کارایی فنی تولید سیبزمینی برابر با 917/0 و در رویکرد نهاده گرا با بازده متغیر نسبت به مقیاس، برابر با 970/0 میباشد. در شرایط بازده متغیر نسبت به مقیاس در رویکرد ستانده گرا، توانایی الگو در تفکیک استانها نسبت به بقیه الگوها کمتر بوده ولی میانگین کارایی گزارش شده بیشتر و 973/0 میباشد. طبق یافتهها امکان افزایش کارایی فنی در مقادیر میانگین به میزان 083/0، 03/0، 083/0 و 056/0 با کاهش درصدی به همین میزان در مصرف نهادهها (رویکرد نهاده گرا) یا افزایش تولید (رویکرد ستانده گرا) وجود دارد. ب
In this study, the technical, allocative, cost and profitability efficiencies of potato cultivation were studied, using the Published data of the Ministry of Jihad-e-Agriculture for the 2014-2015 crop year. Based on the findings of input orientated and fixed return to scale approach, the average technical efficiency of potato production was 0.917 and in the output orientated with variable returns to scale, it was 0.970. According to the results, it was possible to increase the technical efficiency. The lowest and highest input efficiencies were 0.88 and 0.91 for labor and seed inputs, respectively. According to the results, average allocative efficiency was 0.708 and the lowest score belonged to Yazd province (0.247). In terms of cost efficiency, the lowest and most scores were related to Kermanshah and Yazd provinces with 1 and 0.247, respectively.
