چکیده مقاله :
یکی از ویژگیهای شرکتهای موفق امروزی برخورداری از قدرت رقابتپذیری است و در عین حال ویژگی بارز شرکتهای ناموفق، عدم برخورداری از این ویژگی است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و رتبهبندی عوامل مؤثر بر رقابتپذیری زنجیرهتأمین در صنعت کفش است. دادهها از 82 نفر از کارکنان، کارشناسان و خبرگان شرکت کفش پیام جمعآوری گردید و تأثیر چهار عامل مختلف اعم از مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز، شراکت زنجیرهتأمین، رویکرد توسعه پایدار در بخشبندی تأمین کننده و قابلیتهای فرآیندی مدیریت دانش بر رقابت پذیری زنجیره تأمین مورد بررسی و آزمون قرار گرفت. به منظور تحلیل دادهها و تست مدل پیشنهادی در فاز آماری پژوهش، روش حدأقل مربعات جزئی (PLS)، و به منظور اولویت بندی عوامل مؤثر در رقابت پذیری زنجیره تأمین در فاز تحقیق در عملیاتی پژوهش، تکنیک FAHP مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج حاصل از فاز آماری پژوهش حاکی از تأثیر مثبت و معنادار شراکت زنجیره تأمین، قابلیتهای فرآیندی مدیریت دانش، مدیریت زنجیره تأمین سبز و رویکرد توسعه ی پایدار در انتخاب و بخشبندی تأمین کننده بر رقابت پذیری زنجیره تأمین میباشد. نتایج حاصل از اولویتبندی عوامل مؤثر در رقابت پذیری زنجیره تأمین با استفاده FAHP از نشان داد که شراکت زنجیره تأمین مهمترین عامل در رقابت پذیری زنجیره تأمین است و پس از آن، قابلیتهای فرآیندی مدیریت دانش در اولویت دوم قرار گرفته است. در پایان، برخی استراتژیهای کاربردی برای مدیران، مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفته و پیشنهادهایی برای پژوهشهای آینده فراهم شده است.
چکیده انگلیسی:
One of the qualities of today's successful companies is competitiveness power and at the same time, a blatant feature of unsuccessful ones is lack of this quality. The main aim of this research is to Identifying and prioritizing contributing factors in supply chain competitiveness in the footwear industry. Data were collected from 82 employees, experts, and managers of Payam shoe firm and examined the impact of four different factors Including green supply chain management, supply chain partnership, sustainable approach to supplier segmentation and knowledge management process capability on supply chain competitiveness. To analyze the data and testing the proposed model in the statistical phase of research, partial least squares (PLS) method, and to prioritizing contributing factors in supply chain competitiveness in the operational research phase of research, FAHP technique was used. The results of the statistical phase of research indicate that “supply chain partnership”, “knowledge management process capability”, “green supply chain management” and “sustainable approach in supplier selection and segmentation” have a significant positive effect on supply chain competitiveness. The results of prioritizing contributing factors in supply chain competitiveness by using FAHP indicate that “supply chain partnership” is the most important factor in supply chain competitiveness and after that “knowledge management process capability” was located in second priority. Finally, some practical strategies for managers are discussed and some suggestions for future research are provided.
