چکیده مقاله :
هدف این پژوهش شناسایی پیشبینهای برونسپاری منابع انسانی در بخش کشاورزی ایران با استفاده از رویکرد فراترکیب بود. روش تحقیق توسعهای و از نظر ماهیت دادهها در گروه تحقیقات ترکیبی( کیفی- کمی) و بر مبنای روش جمعآوری دادهها، اسنادی و همبستگی است. جامعه موردبررسی تحقیق در مرحله اول شامل تمامی تحقیقات در حوزه برونسپاری از سال 2000 تا 2020 و در مرحله دوم شامل تعداد 750 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان سازمان تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی بودند . روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده و مطابق فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه به دست آمد. ابزار گردآوری داده ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 93/. بدست آمد. پس از پالایش مقالات، در نهایت تعداد 44 مقاله علمی که بطور مستقیم به موضوع برونسپاری منابع انسانی پرداخته بودند وارد مرحله تحلیل در نرمافزار MAXQDA شدند. پس از مرحله تلفیق تعداد 44 کد متمایز شناسایی و کدهای استراتژی کاهش هزینه ها با 8 ارجاع، تدوین معیارهای انتخاب تامین کنندگان با 6 ارجاع، خلق ظرفیت درون سازمانی با 4 ارجاع، فرهنگ سازمانی با 4 ارجاع، پایش و ارزشیابی تامین کنندگان با 4 ارجاع، مدیریت دانش با 3 ارجاع اصلاح نظام استخدامی، آموزش و بهسازی نیروی انسانی با 3 ارجاع، مهندسی مجدد فرآیندهای منابع انسانی با تاکید بر ارتقای کیفیت با 3 ارجاع ، ارتقا بهره وری با 3 ارجاع ، شبکه سازی (همکاری های برون سازمانی) با 3 ارجاع، سیاستها و اسناد بالادستی با 2 ارجاع و پشتیبانی مدیریت ارشد با 1 ارجاع بالاترین تعداد ارجاعات را در متون پژوهشی داشتند.
چکیده انگلیسی:
The aim of this research was to identify the predictors of human resource outsourcing in Iran's agricultural sector using a Meta-Synthesis Approach. The research method is developmental and mixed research (qualitative-quantitative) and based on the method of data collection, documentation and correlation.The research population in the first stage included all the research in the field of outsourcing from 2000 to 2020, and in the second stage, there were 750 managers and experts of the Agricultural Research and Training Organization. The sample size was obtained by simple random sampling method and according to Cochran's formula. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, whose reliability was 0/93 through Cronbach's alpha Was obtained. After refining the articles, finally, 44 scientific articles that directly addressed the issue of human resources outsourcing entered the analysis stage in MAXQDA software. After the integration stage, 44 distinct codes were identified and among the identified codes, cost reduction strategy codes with 8 references, formulation of supplier selection criteria with 6 references, creation of internal organizational capacity with 4 references, organizational culture with 4 references, monitoring, evaluation suppliers with 4 references, knowledge management with 3 references, reforming the employment system, training and improving human resources with 3 references, re-engineering human resources processes with an emphasis on improving quality with 3 references, improving productivity with 3 references, networking (collaboration external organizations) with 3 references, upstream policies and documents with 2 references and senior management support with 1 reference respectively had the highest number of references in research texts.
