بررسی فقهی حکم آموزش کسب و کار با عامل هوش مصنوعی

در نوشتار حاضر به بررسی حکم فقهی آموزش احکام فقهی کسب و کار در صورتی که صاحبان کسب و کار با استفاده از دانش هوش مصنوعی به کسب و کار می پردازند. هوش مصنوعی به عنوان یکی از دانش های نوپیدا و پر استفاده در دنیای IT است. این فن آوری در مدت کوتاهی توانست قابلیت خود را در تحول دانش ها نشان دهد و قابلیت بهرگیری از خود را به اثبات برساند. صاحب نظران دانش کسب و کار نیز از این دانش در پیشبرد اهداف خود بهره گرفتند و توانستند تحولی نوین در تجارت الکترونیکی (مخابراتی) فراهم نمایند. این پژوهش از نوع نظری و با روش مورد کاوی موضوع مطروحه را بررسی قرار داده است. اطلاعات مربوطه از طریق سامانه های الکترونیکی، کتب تخصصی و مشاهده فراهم گردید. پرسش اصلی در این پژوهش آن است: حکم شرعی آموزش احکام فقهی کسب و کار در صورت بهرگیری از کسب و کار با هوش مصنوعی چیست؟ در این خصوص فرضیه هایی مطرح است، از جمله استحباب، اباحه و وجوب. اما نتیجه حاصل از تحقیق نشان می دهد در صورت استفاده از هوش مصنوعی در کسب و کار به سبب پیچیدگی های معاملی و امکان انجام تدلیس، کلاهبرداری، ربا، غرر، غرور و در کل اکل مال به باطل، یادگیری احکام فقهی و قانونی کسب وکار واجب است و هر کاسبی باید این احکام را پیش از آغاز کسب و کار مطالعه کرده و بداند.
In this article, we examine the jurisprudence of teaching the jurisprudence of business if the business owners do business using artificial intelligence knowledge. Artificial intelligence is one of the new and widely used knowledge in the IT world. In a short period of time, this technology was able to show its ability in the evolution of knowledge and prove its ability to be used. Business experts also used this knowledge to advance their goals and were able to provide a new development in electronic commerce (telecommunications). This research has investigated the topic in a theoretical way and with a case study method. Relevant information was provided through electronic systems, specialized books and observation. The main question in this research is: What is the Shari'a rule of teaching business jurisprudence in case of using artificial intelligence in business? In this regard, there are some hypotheses, such as Ishtahab, Abaha, and Obligation. But the result of the research shows that in the case of using artificial intelligence in business, due to the complexities of transactions and the possibility of committing fraud, usury, arrogance, arrogance and in general, learning jurisprudence and legal rulings. Business is obligatory and every businessman should read and know these rules before starting business.
