عوامل موثر بر بیتفاوتی سازمانی (مطالعه موردی: شرکت برق منطقهای خراسان)

چکیده مقاله :
زمینه: درحال حاضر یکی از مشکلات گریبانگیر اکثر سازمانهای دولتی و غیر دولتی، معضل بی تفاوتی سازمانی است که جلوگیری از شیوع آن در میان کارکنان موضوعی مهم برای مدیران سازمانها است. هدف: این مقاله با هدف شناسایی و رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر بی تفاوتی سازمانی در میان کارکنان شرکت برق منطقهای خراسان میباشد. روش پژوهش: نوع تحقیق از نظر روش آمیخته اکتشافی است. ابزار اصلی پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است که روایی آن به طریق محتوایی حاصل گردید، همچنین با توجه به ضریب آلفای کرونباخ بدست آمده برابر با 92/0 پرسشنامه از پایایی خوبی برخوردار است. یافتهها: برطبق یافتههای تحقیق، عوامل موثر بربی تفاوتی سازمانی بر مبنای نظر خبرگان در دو بعد و 12 عامل شناسایی گردید. نتایج حاصل از تست مدل نشان داد که عدم شایسته سالاری ، اهداف مبهم، انتقال بی تفاوتی به محیط کار به ترتیب مهمترین عوامل در بروز این پدیده سازمانی از دیدگاه مدیران میباشند. نتیجه گیری: این مطالعه به درک عوامل مهم موثر بر بی تفاوتی سازمانی کمک میکند و یک مدل مفهومی مفید برای تحقیقات آینده فراهم مینماید
Background – organizational Indifference is one of the problems that currently most governmental and non-governmental organizations deal with that its spread preventing among employees is a major matter for organizations' managers. Purpose – This paper aims to identify and rank the factors affecting organizational Indifference among employees of Khorasan Regional Electricity Company (KREC). Methodology – The research method is exploratory mixed. The main instrument of the research s is a research-made questionnaire that its validity was achieved through Content. Also, according to the Cronbach's alpha obtained at 0.92, it could be concluded that the questionnaire's reliability is acceptable. Findings – Based on the findings, the factors effecting organizational Indifference were identified in 2 dimensions and 12 factors from the experts’ point of view. Also, the results showed that the lack of meritocracy, ambiguous goals, and indifference transfer to the workplace are the most important factors respectively from the managers ' point of view. Conclusion – The study will contribute to improve understanding on the key factors influencing organizational indifference, providing for a conceptual model useful for future investigations.
