Organizational performance is a complex issue given that performance is a multifaceted phenomenon whose components may have distinct managerial priorities and may even be mutually inconsistent. Recently, the balanced scorecard approach (BSC), as an effective multi-criteria evaluation concept received much attention in organizational performance measurement. Although the BSC conceptual framework has been widely accepted in the business community, the proper method of implementing the framework remains an issue. Hence, this study has developed a hybrid expert system composition of BSC, Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) and fuzzy inference system (FIS) to evaluate the food producing companies. To this aim, this paper applied a graph theory based technique (DEMATEL) to determine critical criteria of BSC’s perspectives. The results show that “Profit”, “Customer satisfaction”, “Customer communication”, “Innovation management” and “Organizational asset management”, are of more importance in performance evaluation. In the next step, these criteria shape a fuzzy rule based inference system with linguistic variables and the membership functions are adjusted by experts. The results of proposed approach in food industry of Guilan province, Iran, show its applicability for evaluating the food companies. Manuscript profile

In This paper a hybrid DEA method consisting of four phases for assigning the financial efficiency of commercial banks in India is used. This paper is based on panel data of banks for the period from 2011 to 2015. The DEA analysis based on hybrid method of DEA AND TOPSIS is used for ranking efficient Decision Making Units(DMUs) in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). However, since each of these methods considers a certain theory for ranking, there may exist different ranks. In practice, choosing a ranking method, the results of which the Decision Maker (DM) would be able to trust is an important issue. Manuscript profile

The paper studied the influence of the degree of every performance factors through grey relational analysis and there by ranked the performance of every bank. The result thus obtained is compared with that of the Ranks obtained by CAMEL method. The research finding suggests that some banks are in advantage situation and thereby hinting at the possibility of further improvisation. Tourism as a necessity for economic development in many countries, therefore, in this study we intended to investigate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Halal tourism in Gilan province, by using SWOT model to introduce strategic solutions to further developments. This study is practical based on questionnaire in terms of practical objectives, in terms of data collection. The population of this study was 25 tourism experts, which according to Morgan table, 24 people were selected as sample size.To identify relationships and priority setting criteria , at first internal and external factors were identified and then multi-criteria decision-making models and AHP model was used. After that by using internal factors evaluation matrix (IFE) and external (EFE) final weight determined and at the end the model was design and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats were analyzed .The result of SWOT analysis in this research indicates that strategies for Gilan provinces according its environmental strengths and opportunities should be offensive strategy. Surveys show that due to the diversity of tourist attractions and geographical location of Gilan province, this province has the necessary capabilities to develop Halal tourism Manuscript profile

The process of globalization and rapid technological developments are causing rapid changes in markets. Successfully in challenging markets of the future requires an informed and ready to respond quickly. The aim of this study is to evaluate and prioritize the organizational strategies of sales and distribution of Kalleh Company in Gilan. In order to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the organization, SOWT matrix was used. The matrix was developed four strategies based on internal and external factors. Since then devise strategies using multi-criteria decision-making Method (topsis) were prioritized. Data collection was done through the study of documents, records, interviews and distributed two questionnaires. Accordingly, the two strategies that prioritize the strategies than they value large quantity include: Firstlly organization must maintain high quality products with full implementation of the cold chain process and products to provide the market with better quality compared to the products of competitors. The second priority of the organization the miniature capillary marketing and focus on the performance of distribution channels and distinction at the time of delivery time with the implementation of this strategy increases the number of new customers and the volume of previous customers. In real investment, there is a relationship between external financing and abnormal stock returns. This study predicts a negative correlation between external financing and stock returns. The dependent variable of the research is stock returns and the independent variables are net financing and equity ratio. Also, control variables of the research includes assets growth, company’s size and company’s age. In this research, the hypotheses have been tested using the financial statements of 178 industrial companies accepted in Tehran Stock Exchange over the 2012-2016 period and also regression models with panel data. The results indicate a positive correlation between external financing, in both net and composition cases, with abnormal stock returns and also a negative correlation between external financing –again in both net and composition cases- with abnormal stock returns in the stock model. In addition, when we use net and composition financing simultaneously, there is not a significant relationship between net and composition finiancing and abnormal stock returns. Manuscript profile

In today world, organizations’ performance and making the sustainable competitive strength have become incrementally important for them according to the quick global evolutions. The dairy industry is one of the most important industries which has made very competitive environment. The case study of this research is Kaleh Dairy Company as one of the active companies in dairy industries. One of the most important strategic management tool called SWOT analysis was used in this research to determine the position of Kaleh Company. IE, IFE, and EFE matrices have been used to determine the proper strategies and competitive position of the company. SWOT technique was mixed with TRIZ to remove defects and improve SWOT technique and also formulate strategies. Then, the formulated strategies were prioritized by gray ORESTE to rank strategies for lack of information and non-precision data which was resulted by experts using verbal variables. The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the factors affecting the failure of strategic management in large companies. The research is an applied and descriptive-survey target. The statistical population of the study consisted of all experts and experts of the telecommunication company, which numbered 191 people. In total, 191 persons were selected as sample. The data gathering tool was a researcher-made questionnaire whose reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and its validity was verified by face validity. In order to analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section, statistical software SPSS23 was used and in inferential statistics, Structural Equation Modeling was applied using Lisrel 8.80 statistical software. The research findings showed that factors such as: rapid change of conditions and inability to manage change, imbalance between current business and the strategy of informal groups, lack of correct identification of bottleneck, lack of key competencies, attachment to past strategy, inappropriate communication of the program with The prospect, lack of laws and mechanisms for identifying and solving executive problems, and inadequate training and guidance are among the most important factors affecting the failure of strategic management in the telecommunications company. Among the known factors, the greatest effect on the failure to properly identify the throat is 0.44 It should be. Accordingly, strengthening the skills of strategic managers and planners in identifying organizational bottlenecks and barriers is essential. Manuscript profile

The nature of Data Grids is dynamic. In these systems, data access patterns of users and network latency may change. The system needs to meet data availability reliability. Data replication is a well-known method for improving performance parameters such as data access time, availability, load balancing, and reliability. Here, a novel dynamic algorithm is proposed that uses fuzzy inference systems to manage replication for increasing performance. The proposed algorithm uses a new comprehensive set of decision parameters and fuzzy logic in each phase to reduce the inefficiency caused by wrong decisions in different phases in a practical Grid. The algorithm uses two fuzzy interfere systems to select an appropriate place for new replication and a less valuable file for deleting when storage space is full. It places the new replica in a suitable site where the file could possibly be needed soon with high probability. It also prevents deleting valuable files using a fuzzy valuation function. The algorithm was simulated by the OptorSim simulator. The results demonstrated that the algorithm is more effective than other replication methods in terms of the number of created replications, the percentage of storage used, and the job execution time.
