        The toxicity, negative side effects, and antimicrobial resistance of synthetic drugs are noticeable. The essential oil has revived in recent decades with a branch of alternative medicine. The aim of this study was to investigate and compare the antimicrobial effect of essential oil of Carian copticum with Body perp disinfectant on human skin. The essential oil was extracted from Trachchipermum Carian copticum seeds and also different concentrations of 25, 50, 100, and 200 ppm of essential oils were prepared. To compare the antimicrobial effect of Carian copticum essential oil with Body prep disinfectant was performed by a qualitative plate well method and quantitative microdilution method. Initial screening before skin disinfection resulted in the isolation of 29 isolates of Staphylococcus epidermidis, 12 isolates of Staphylococcus saprophyticus, 2 isolates of Enterococcus faecalis, 14 isolates of Micrococcus spp, and 9 isolates of diphtheroid and a total of 66 isolates. According to the microdilution method, the highest MIC belonged to Staphylococcus epidermidis with code C5 at 200 ppm and the lowest MIC was related to Staphylococcus epidermidis with code K5 and was equal to 25 ppm. The findings of this study showed that the essential oil of Carian copticum seed, in comparison with disinfectants (Body prep) that have some side effects, was not only effective in controlling clinical skin bacteria, but also had a good shelf life in competition with Body Prep. The results of the present study showed that the essential seed oil of the Carian copticum plant was able to successfully control skin pathogenic bacteria. Manuscript profile

In the present study, the time period studied is from 1992 to 2011. For this purpose, after static tests, the Distributed Interval Distribution (ARDL) model has been used to estimate the relationship between agricultural exports and the exchange rate, as well as other variables studied. The results show that in the short run there is a direct effect between rising exchange rates and increasing exports. The results also show that there is an inverse relationship between the relationship between trade and export of the agricultural sector and between the relationship between trade in the previous period and the export of the agricultural sector in the current period and a positive relationship between value added of the agricultural sector, agricultural production and agricultural capital. Thus, it is recommended that some non-price policies such as structural changes in preferred or higher comparative goods due to increased international competitiveness as much as exchange rate changes improve the export situation and consequently improve the trade balance on the agenda to be placed.         In this investigation, the interaction of methotrexate anticancer drug (MTX) with single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) and double-wall carbon nanotubes (DWNTs) was examined via AMBER, OPLS, CHARMM and MM+ force fields through the molecular mechanic (MM) method. The calculations were performed out by the Monte Carlo simulation method at different temperatures. Using the mentioned force fields, we investigated the effects of gas-phase and various solvent media with different dielectric constants, i.e., water, DMSO, methanol, ethanol and DMF at ten different temperatures on the interaction of MTX with DWNTs. The interaction of MTX, with SWNTs and DWNTs in the gas phase has been processed using the DFT calculations. Thus, by utilizing a DFT method, we studied the effects of different solvents on the interaction of MTX, with carbon nanoparticles within the Onsager self-consistent reaction field (SCRF) model, as well as the effects of temperature on the stability of the interaction between compounds in various solvents. Frontier molecular orbitals (FMOs), total density of states (DOS), thermodynamic parameters and molecular electrostatic potentials (MEP) of the title compounds were investigated by theoretical calculations. Molecular properties such as the ionization potential (I), electron affinity (A), chemical hardness (η), electronic chemical potential (μ) and electrophilicity (ω) were investigated for the structures. The major finding is that the Monte Carlo and Molecular mechanics-quantum mechanics results for thermodynamic properties and conformer populations are in accord. Manuscript profile

        Biodiesel is one of the sources of renewable fuel. Due to increasing environmental pollution, global warming caused by fossil fuels and limited fossil fuel resources, its production has significantly increased during the last decades. In addition, low price renewable sources have been wisely used to produce biodiesel. Here in, biodiesel was produced using chicken fat in the presence of Nickel ferrite nanoenabled graphene oxide nano-catalyst. Also the effect of various parameters like temperature, reaction time, catalyst amount and methanol to oil ratio was investigated on the biodiesel production. The results showed that the best conditions for biodiesel production were obtained such as the temperature of 65 °C, methanol to oil ratio of 1:9, the catalyst amount of 1 wt.% and reaction time of 5 h which in these conditions the biodiesel efficiency was determined 95%. The produced biodiesel is mixed with different ratios of petroleum diesel to improve the physical properties of the produced biodiesel (B25, B50 and B75), such as flash point, kinematic viscosity, density, cloud point and pour point. The results showed that the mixture ratio of B75 and B100 had density and viscosity in the range of standard. Additionally, this fuel should not be used in cold weather since its pour point is greater than zero. Manuscript profile
