پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل ساختاری سواد اطلاعاتی بر نگرش به یادگیری مجازی با نقش واسطه ای کیفیت زندگی معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهر بهشهر انجام شد. روش پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل معلمان مدارس ابتدایی شهر بهشهر برابر 429 نفر بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی- طبقه ای بر حسب جنسیت 205 نفر از معلمان(41 نفرمرد و 164 نفر زن) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. پرسش نامه های استاندارد (سواد اطلاعاتی یزدانی(Yazdani, 2011)، نگرش به یادگیری مجازی نقوی (Naqvi 2006)، کیفیت زندگی والتون(Walton 1973)) ابزار مورد استفاده در این تحقیق بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در سنجش آمار توصیفی از جدول و نمودار فراوانی، درصد فراوانی و میانگین داده و در بخش آمار استنباطی، با استفاده از آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرنف برای بررسی نرمال بودن متغیرها و ضریب همبستگی و معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم افزار21 SPSS وSmart PLS درسطح اطمینان 95% بررسی شد.نتایج نشان داد: سواد اطلاعاتی بر نگرش به یادگیری مجازی با نقش میانجی کیفیت زندگی معلمان تأثیر دارد.
The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the structural model of information literacy on the attitude towards virtual learning with the mediating role of the quality of life of elementary school teachers in Behshahr. The research method was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the research included 429 primary school teachers in Behshahr city. 205 teachers (41 male and 164 female) were selected as a sample using stratified random sampling method. Standard questionnaires (Yazdani's information literacy (Yazdani, 2011), Naqvi's attitude to virtual learning (Naqvi 2006), Walton's quality of life (Walton 1973)) were the tools used in this research. To analyze the data in descriptive statistics from frequency table and chart, frequency percentage and average data and in inferential statistics section, using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test to check the normality of variables and correlation coefficient and structural equations by SPSS 21 and Smart software. PLS was checked at 95% confidence level. The results showed: information literacy has an effect on the attitude towards virtual learning with a mediating role of teachers' quality of life.
