چکیده مقاله :
زمینه و هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی و تحلیل نظام آمایش مناطق روستایی استان گیلان میباشد.
روش بررسی: این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش بررسی، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- تحلیلی میباشد.
یافتهها: تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و اطلاعات در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی و بوسیله نرم افزار SPSS ورژن 22 انجام شده است. در بخش توصيفي، ویژگی پاسخگویان و در بخش استنباطي با استفاده از آزمون آماری تیتک نمونهای، فرضیههای تحقیق بررسي شدهاند. در بخش یافتههای توصیفی، متغیر اهداف نظام آمایش استان گیلان با 37 گویه و اهداف سازمانی نظام آمایش با 14 گویه مورد سنجش قرار گرفته شده است. نمرات بهدست آمده نشانگر این است که: حداقل نمره پاسخگویان در بین اهداف نظام آمایش برابر با 3 و مربوط به اهداف سیاسی و حداکثر آن 20 و مربوط به اهداف محیطی بوده است. در بخش یافتههای استنباطی، سطح معناداری Sig بهدست آمده از آزمون کولموگروف - اسمیرنوف برای متغیرهای مورد نظر بزرگتر از 05/0 است و به عبارتی دیگر آزمون معنی دار نمیباشد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: نتایج و یافتههای حاصل از این پژوهش نشان داد که با اطمینان 95/0 و سطح خطای کمتر از 05/0 از دیدگاه کارشناسان، اهداف (محیطی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، کالبدی و سیاسی) و اهداف سازمانی (مشارکتهای مردمی) طرح آمایش استان گیلان میتواند محقق گردد. اما اهداف زیست محیطی طرح آمایش تحقق نیافته است. در این بین، اهداف اقتصادی و اجتماعی طرح آمایش به ترتیب با میانگینهای 80/3 و 56/3 در بین اهداف مختلف طرح آمایش استان گیلان، از نظر پاسخگویان بیشرین میزان تحقق را به خود اختصاص دادهاند.
Background and Objective: The aim of this study is to analysis of preparation system in rural areas of Gilan Province.
Material and Methodology: The research is functional in terms of its objective and in terms of review method; is based on descriptive- analytical and in terms of data collection; is Library and field (questionnaire).
Findings: The analysis of data and information at two levels of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics was done by SPSS version 22 software. In the descriptive part, the characteristics of the respondents and in the inferential part using the sample t-tech statistical test, the research hypotheses have been investigated. In the descriptive findings part, the variables of goals of Guilan province's preparation system have been measured with 37 items and organizational goals of preparation system with 14 items. The obtained scores indicate that: the minimum score of the respondents among the objectives of the preparation system was equal to 3 and related to political goals and the maximum score was 20 and related to environmental goals. In the inferential findings part, the significance level of Sig obtained from the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test for the desired variables is greater than 0.05, and in other words, the test is not significant.
Discussion and Conclusion: Data analysis was performed on two levels of description and inferential statistics and by SPSS software. The results show that: With a confidence level of 0.95% and Error level less than 0.05, From Experts' views; has been realized Targets (Environmental, social, economic, physical, Political and people's participation) preparation system of Guilan Province, but has not been realized Targets (environment) preparation system of Guilan Province.
