چکیده مقاله :
هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر تحلیل عوامل سازماندهی رویدادهای ورزشی معلولین و جانبازان در ایران بر اساس رویکرد آمیخته می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) با رویکرد اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی اعضای هیات علمی خبرگان در زمینه رویدادهای ورزشی معلولین و جانبازان و در بخش کمی مدیران ورزشی و کمیته ملی پارالمپیک، فدراسیون ورزش‌های جانبازان و معلولین، روسا و دبیران هیات های استانی فدراسیون جانبازان و معلولین بود. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی ۱۴ نفر از خبرگان تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری با بهره گیری از تکنیک‌های هدفمند نظری و گلوله برفی انتخاب شد و در بخش کمی برای هر گویه بین ۵ تا 10 نمونه لازم بود،، بنابراین تعداد 384 نفر نمونه آماری را تشکیل دادند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود برای روایی محتوایی از نظر خبرگان و اعتبار سازه (تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی) و از شاخص‌های پایایی ترکیبی، آلفای کرونباخ، روایی واگرا و همگرا و مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. شاخص برازش مدل جی او اف برابر با 59/0 گزارش شد. در نهایت سازماندهی رویدادهای ورزشی معلولین و جانبازان در ایران با 13 عامل سازماندهی هزینه‌ها و تعیین منابع مالی، سازماندهی برنامه عملیاتی برای آماده‌سازی، سازماندهی مقررات مربوط به اجرای مسابقات، انتشار بروشور مسابقات (تبلیغات و انتشارات)، ثبت نام و پذیرش شرکت کنندگان، سازماندهی پزشکی و داروخانه، سازماندهی اسکان و محل برگزاری رویداد، سازماندهی کمیته‌ها و منابع انسانی، سازماندهی رویدادهای فرهنگی و اوقات فراغت، سازماندهی تغذیه و پذیرایی شرکت کنندگان، سازماندهی خدمات حمل و نقل، سازماندهی افتتاحیه و اختتامیه، سازماندهی داوران و داوطلبان ارائه گردید.
The aim of the present study is to analyze the factors of organizing sports events for disabled people and veterans in Iran based on a mixed approach. The present study was a mixed research (qualitative-quantitative) with an exploratory approach. The statistical population in the qualitative part was the members of the faculty of experts in the field of sports events for disabled people and veterans, and in the quantitative part, the sports managers and the National Paralympic Committee, the Federation of Sports for Disabled People and Disabled People, the heads and secretaries of the provincial boards of the Federation of Disabled People and Veterans. The statistical sample in the qualitative part was 14 experts selected until theoretical saturation was reached using theoretical and snowball techniques, and in the quantitative part, between 5 and 10 samples were required for each item, so 384 people formed the statistical sample. The data collection tool in the qualitative part was an unstructured interview and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used for content validity from the experts' point of view and construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis). Composite reliability indices, Cronbach's alpha, divergent and convergent validity, and structural equation modeling were used. The fit index of the GOF model was reported to be 0.59. Finally, the organization of sports events for disabled people and veterans in Iran was presented with 13 factors: organizing costs and determining financial resources, organizing an operational plan for preparation, organizing regulations related to the implementation of competitions, publishing competition brochures (advertising and publications), registering and accepting participants, organizing medicine and pharmacy, organizing accommodation and event venue, organizing committees and human resources, organizing cultural and leisure events, organizing nutrition and catering for participants, organizing transportation services, organizing the opening and closing ceremonies, organizing judges and volunteers.
