بررسی انگلهای کرمی دستگاه گوارش ماهی کفشک زبان گاوی (Cynogossus bilineatus) صید شده از سواحل بندر عباس

بررسی انگلهای کرمی دستگاه گوارش ماهیان میتواند اطلاعات ما را در مورد انتشار انگل، ویژگی میزبان و سلامت مواد غذایی به ویژه در مورد ماهیان خوراکی خلیج فارس کامل نماید. هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی انگلهای کرمی دستگاه گوارش ماهی کفشک زبان گاوی صید شده در سواحل بندرعباس بوده است. بدین منظور دستگاه گوارش 50 قطعه ماهی کفشک زبان گاوی در طول فصل تابستان سال 96 در بندرعباس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ماهیان پس از تهیه به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند و قسمتهای مختلف بدن آنها برای بررسی مورفومتریک اندازهگیری شد. سپس کل دستگاه گوارش ماهیها از بدن خارج و با قیچی کوچک در ظرف باز شد و محتویات دستگاه گوارش و حفره بدن برای وجود کرم جستجو شد. سپس انگلها رنگآمیزی و با کمک منابع معتبر شناسایی شدند. انگلهای کرمی که از دستگاه گوارش کفشک زبان گاوی جداسازی و شناسایی شدند شامل ترماتودهای Lepocreadioides zebrini و آکانتوسفال Hemiradinorhynchus leuciscus به ترتیب با میزان آلودگی 10 و 2 درصد بودهاند. علاوه بر این، سستود Scolex pleuronectis، لارو Trypanorhyncha و همچنین Anisakis sp هر کدام با میزان آلودگی 2 درصد از کفشک زبان گاوی تشخیص داده شدند. همه این انگلها برای اولین بار از کفشک زبان گاوی صید شده از سواحل خلیج فارس گزارش میشوند. گزارش این انگل براي اولين بار از کفشک زبان گاوی، بر اهمیت ادامه بررسیهای انگلی برای درک بهتر تنوع زیستی و روابط اکولوژیکی در این محیط دریایی تاکید دارد.
Studying helminth parasites of the digestive tract of fish can complete our information about parasite distribution, host characteristics, and food safety, especially regarding edible fish in the Persian Gulf. The aim of this study was to investigate helminth parasites in the digestive tract of Cynogossus bilineatus caught off the coast of Bandar Abbas. For this purpose, the digestive tract of 50 C. bilineatus was examined during the summer of 2017 in Bandar Abbas. After procuring the fishes, they were transferred to the laboratory and different parts of their bodies were measured for morphometric study. Then whole digestive tract of the fishes was removed, opened with a small scissor into a dish and the content digestive tract and body cavity searched for the presence of helminth. Finally, the parasites were then stained and identified with the help of reliable sources. The helminthic parasites that were recovered from the digestive tract of the fishes were identified as follows: The trematodes Lepocreadioides zebrini and acanthocephalan Hemiradinorhynchus leuciscus were recovered from C. bilineatus with 10% and 2% infection rate respectively. In addition, cestodes Scolex pleuronectis, Trypanorhyncha larvae, as well as Anisakis sp each with a 2% infection rate were isolated from C. bilineatus. All these parasites are reported for the first time from C. bilineatus caught from the coasts of the Persian Gulf. The finding of Scolex pleuronectis, Trypanorhyncha larvae, and Anisakis sp. as new records for C. bilineatus highlights the importance of continued parasitological surveys to better understand the biodiversity and ecological relationships within this marine environment.
