بررسی تأثیر مؤلفههای روانشناختی و الزامات شغلی بر عملکرد مدیران مالی با توجه به نقش میانجی فناوریهای مالی

چکیده مقاله :
هدف: این پژوهش باهدف بررسی تأثیر مؤلفههای روانشناختی و الزامات شغلی بر عملکرد مدیران مالی با توجه به نقش میانجی فناوریهای مالی انجام شده است. روششناسی: نمونه آماری پژوهش 144 نفر از مدیران مالی شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. برای محاسبه حجم نمونه آماری از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شده است. روش جمعآوری دادههای تحقیق به صورت میدانی و گردآوری دادههای تحقیق نیز از طریق پرسشنامه نیمه ساختاریافته انجامشده است. این پژوهش از نظر نوع توصیفی و از نظر هدف کاربردی است. در این پژوهش بهمنظور بررسی مدل پژوهش از نرمافزارهای آماری SPSS و SmartPLS استفاده شده است. یافتهها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که مؤلفههای الزامات شغلی، مؤلفههای روانشناختی و فناوریهای مالی اثر مثبت و معناداری بر روی عملکرد مدیران مالی دارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که فناوریهای مالی نقش میانجی مثبت و معناداری را در رابطه بین مؤلفههای روانشناختی و الزامات شغلی با عملکرد مدیران مالی ایفا مینماید. دانش افزایی: میتوان چنین نتیجه گرفت که بهبود سطح هر یک از مؤلفههای الزامات شغلی، مؤلفههای روانشناختی و فناوریهای مالی میتواند موجب بهبود عملکرد تمامی مدیران مالی شود.
Purpose: The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of psychological components and job requirements on the performance of financial managers with regard to the mediating role of financial technologies. Methodology: The statistical sample of the research is 144 financial managers of companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. A simple random sampling method was used to calculate the statistical sample size. The field data collection method and the data collection tool is a standard questionnaire. This research is descriptive in terms of type and practical in terms of purpose. In this research, SPSS and SmartPLS software were used to check the research model. Findings: The results of the research showed that the components of job requirements, psychological components and financial technologies have positive effects on the performance of financial managers. Also, it was found that financial technologies play a positive and significant mediating role in the relationship between psychological components and job requirements with the performance of financial managers. Originality: It can be concluded that improving the level of each of the components of job requirements, psychological components and financial technologies can improve the performance of all financial managers.
