Abstract :
One of the most important variable to achieve a sustainable and desirable city is the increasing of general or public information of citizens about civil rights and city regulations or municipal laws. Thus, this paper evaluates general and public information about civil rights and municipal laws to increase the effectiveness of future actions. The recent survey was done among people aged 20 to 35 in four important cities of Mazandaran province, using field studies. The research method is descriptive-analytical, using SPSS software as well. The results reveal that knowledge about civil rights in statistical society (group) is too low and the public information about the civil rights and municipal laws correlates with increasing Age (t = 26.8) and gender ( R= 0.86) but this variable has no relation to Academic education (x2 = 4.89 ).
