چکیده مقاله :

گیاه دارویی کارلا، با نام علمی Charantia Momordica گیاهی است گرمسیری و نیمه گرمسیری از تیره‌ی کدوئیان که به طور گسترده‌ای در مناطق آسیایی، آفریقایی و آمریکای جنوبی جهت استفاده از میوه‌ی آن کشت می‌گردد. گیاه کارلا دارای خواص ضدمیکروبی، ضد سرطان، ضد دیابت، ضد انعقاد، ضد بارداری و ضد دیابت است. بنابراین برنامه‌ریزی اصولی جهت توسعه فعالیت‌ها و حفاظت، احیا و بهره‌برداری از این گیاه در عرصه‌های طبیعی بنیازمند بررسی دقیق وضعیت موجود، شناخت پتانسیل‌های موجود در عرصه‌های زراعی و منابع طبیعی به عنوان خاستگاه اصلی گونه‌های بومی کشور و شناخت صحیح از محدودیت‌ها و چالش‌ها همگام با توسعه علمی فرآوری و مصرف آن می‌باشد. این مطالعه نیز در راستای شناخت پتانسیل‌های دارویی، فیتوشیمیایی، اقتصادی و ... گیاه مورینگا صورت گرفته است.این مطالعه نیز در راستای شناخت پتانسیل‌های دارویی، فیتوشیمیایی، اقتصادی و ... گیاه مورینگا صورت گرفته است. این مطالعه نیز در راستای شناخت پتانسیل‌های دارویی، فیتوشیمیایی، اقتصادی و ... گیاه مورینگا صورت گرفته است

چکیده انگلیسی:

Carla medicinal plant, with the scientific name Charantia Momordica, is a tropical and subtropical plant from the gourd family.which is widely cultivated in Asian, African and South American regions to use its fruit. Carla plant has anti-microbial, anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, anti-coagulant, anti-pregnancy and anti-diabetic properties. Therefore, basic planning for the development of activities and protection, restoration and exploitation of this plant in natural areas requires a detailed examination of the current situation, recognition of the potentials in agricultural areas and natural resources as the main origin of the country's native species, and a correct understanding of the limitations and challenges along with the development. It is the science of its processing and consumption.
