چکیده مقاله :
مقدمه و هدف: هدف این تحقیق، تبیین نقش بهرهوری تربیتی، آموزشی و پژوهشی پردیس خواهران دانشگاه فرهنگیان بوشهر است. روش شناسی پژوهش: روش تحقیق، پیمایشی توصیفی و جامعه آماری و نمونه آن(به دلیل کوچکی حجم)، شامل اساتید، مدیران گروه و معاونان آموزشی، فرهنگی و پژوهشی و همچنین دانشجو معلمان مستعد بوده که از میان ایشان، افراد نمونه به صورت هدفمند تا کفایت نمونه نظری به تعداد 50 نفر (15 نفر استاد و 35 نفر دانشجو معلم) انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخت بهرهوری(1402)، استفاده و روایی محتوایی(با استفاده از نظر خبرگان) و پایایی(برابر 816/0 =α) آن، مورد تایید و مطلوب برآورد شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل یافتهها، از تخصیص و قیاس نمرات مکتسبه برای هر یک از مولفهها، استفاده و تفسیر شد. یافته ها: یافتهها نشان داد بهرهوری پردیس خواهران دانشگاه فرهنگیان بوشهر، با شاخصهای متنوعی روبروست که در سه بخش تربیتی(با 11 زیر شاخص)، آموزشی(با 7 زیر شاخص) و پژوهشی(6 زیر شاخص) قابل طرح و استناد خواهد بود. بحث و نتیجه گیری: با تبیین نقش و ارتقای بهرهوری در این محیط علمی و آموزشی در شرایط فعلی، میتوان یاددهی و یادگیری کارا و اثربخش و در نهایت بهرهوری مطلوب را در مجموعه پردیس خواهران دانشگاه فرهنگیان بوشهر، مشاهده نمود.
Introduction: The aim of this study is to explain the role of educational, instructional and research productivity in university as a case study at Girls' Campus of Bushehr Farhangian University. Research methodology: The research method was a descriptive survey and the statistical population (due to the small size) included professors, heads of departments, and educational, cultural and research vice-chancellors, as well as talented student teachers, amongst whom 50 people (15 professors and 35 student teachers) were selected as samples. Data was gathered via a researcher-made questionnaire (2023) with 15 closed-answer questions. The validity and reliability (α=0.816) of the questionnaire were estimated and approved (using the experts' opinions) and in order to analyze the findings, the allocation and comparison of the obtained scores for each of the components were used and interpreted. Findings: Findings indicated that the productivity of the Girls' Campus of Bushehr Farhangian University would face some diversified indices which are considered and regarded in three sections: educational (consisting of 11 subsections), instructional (consisting of 7 subsections), and Research (consisting of 6 subsections). Conclusion: By explaining the role and promotion of productivity in this scientific and educational environment under the current conditions, it is possible to observe efficient and effective teaching and learning and ultimately optimal productivity in the girls' campus complex of Bushehr Farhangian University.
