چکیده مقاله :
هدف: هدف از انجام این مطالعه، بررسی رابطه هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی با کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان ممسنی بود. روش شناسی پژوهش: این تحقیق بر حسب هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری در این مطالعه، کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی شهرستان ممسنی 140 نفر بوده و135 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تمام شمار مورد آزمون قرار گرفتند. در این مطالعه از پرسشنامه های استاندارد هوش معنوی علی بدیع و همکاران (1389)، هوش هیجانی برادبری و گریوز (2005) و کیفیت زندگی کاری ریچارد والتون (2012) استفاده شد. به منظور پاسخ به سؤال های تحقیق از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون و نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نشان داده هوش هیجانی و هوش معنوی با کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان رابطه معناداری داشته و همچنین نتایج آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داده است که ابعاد هوش هیجانی (خودآگاهی و آگاهی اجتماعی) و ابعاد هوش معنوی (تفکر کلی و بعد اعتقادی، توانایی مقابله و تعامل با مشکلات و خودآگاهی و عشق و علاقه) قدرت پیش بینی کیفیت زندگی کاری معلمان را دارند.
Introduction:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with the quality of work life of physical education teachers in Mamasani city. research methodology:This research was applied in terms of purpose, as well as descriptive correlation in terms of nature and method. The statistical population in this study was all 140 physical education teachers in Mamasani city, and 135 people were tested by total sampling method. In this study, standard questionnaires of spiritual intelligence of Ali Badie et al. (2010), emotional intelligence of Bradbury and Graves (2005) and quality of work life of Richard Walton (2012) were used. Pearson correlation test, regression analysis and SPSS software were used to answer the research questions. Findings:The results of Pearson correlation test showed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had a significant relationship with the quality of teachers' work life and also the results of regression analysis test showed that the dimensions of emotional intelligence (self-awareness and social awareness) and dimensions of spiritual intelligence (general thinking and belief dimension, ability of dealing with and interacting with problems and self-awareness, love and interest) have the power to predict the quality of work life of teachers.
